Excellent experience. From the digital sign in (no paperwork!) to walking out, I was there less than 15 minutes. The techs were polite and professional. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

I just wanna say I was extremely nervous to get my 18 month olds blood work done. I’m a first time mom and wasn’t sure how it was going to go. But the two women that worked this morning were so amazing. I wish I asked for their names. They were quick efficient and gentle with my little boy. They need some recognition for sure.

MELISSA @ E. MAIN ST is the WORST SO CALLED PROFESSIONAL I HAVE ENCOUNTERED in all my years of going to labcorp. Since when don't they go in order, btw? I waited 25 minutes to be called back. The sweetest woman was printing my slips but unfortunately took too long doing so. Meanwhile, MELISSA called every single person that was a walk in, back, and filled up every single room. Despite them getting here WAY AFTER I DID. Her response was, "well, we can't hold everyone up for you." I AM APALLED. I told her that was extremely rude. She then got very snotty and defensive saying that she didn't do anything wrong. IN WHAT WORLD MELISSA? After waiting all that time, and now I have to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes. At one point, I did get very overwhelmed and frustrated with her laughing, arguing with me and claiming innocence, that I called her an a$$. She then refused to do my blood work. She also would not answer me when I asked her who is coming to do it. She acted like a child and just made a face at me. Had she been a professional and apologized for pushing me to the back of the line after waiting for so long, this all could have been avoided. These workers need more training on how to treat patients. This woman is just disgusting.

Saw that there was only one person working, that did not bother me. I was a walk in and I knew it would be a wait before I was taken back.The employees were friendly.I typically don’t look when I get my blood drawn, I took the bandage off a few hours later and the spot where the needle went in was very bruised and it looked like I bled more than normal.Maybe some of the staff needs to be retrained on how to take blood.

This is the only place I can take my teenage daughters to get their blood drawn, Melissa does an excellent job making them feel at ease. My husband had monthly blood work done all last year during his chemo treatments and the staff was pleasant, timely, and took great care of him. I only go to this location for my families labs.

zero stars should be the only choice for this place. extremely rude snappy older woman with shoulder length hair and glasses should be let go. if you don’t like your job, go find another. all staff lie and tell you they need to add $95 regardless of what your copay is. DO NOT fall for it. tell them to bill you. or call your insurance company in front of them, then the computer conveniently times out and they will say oh we have to bill you. lol what a sneaky system .do not pay more than co pay- they will not, i repeat, will not reimburse you ever! nor will your insurance company bc it’s not their responsibility. why would your insurance company be responsible when lab corp has your money ?… wake up customers… lap corp is a scam company they will rip you off at every chance they get.

I only will go to this Labcorp location where Melissa works as she is the only person where I don’t feel any pain and she gets the vein on the first time. Anyone leaving any other reviews I feel just are upset they still have a mask mandate. It’s important to remember they don’t make the rules and so please be considerate and you will in and out. Love this location!

I have had to get bloodwork often for my crohns and I can say this is the only location I will go. I ask for Melissa who is super sweet and can hit the vein on the first try. It truly is an art form and Melissa should get a raise!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I have never been treated with such lack of respect and courtesy. Every single interaction I had with the woman at the front desk was unacceptable. I could go into detail about each one but the most inappropriate was when she asked me if I had a lab order with me. I explained that I did not, she just starred at me. I asked if I should have one. And her eyes grew larger and she just continued to stare at me and mocking me she said “Should I have one?!”. I explained to her that it was my understanding that my provider sent over the request to lab corps. She asked my provider’s name and quickly found the order. I then asked her if she was having a bad day. To which she rudely replied “No”. I feel sorry for anyone having to have medical testing at this Middletown location. This was my first time here and I will never return. I think this lady may need a talking to. Or possibly just a day off…

All I wanted to do was drop off a specimen. But the women behind the glass don't have the courtesy to say hello or goodbye. You try to find out how long you have to sit there and wait just to drop something off, they won't even answer you. Bunch of ignorant people that work there

Employees seem irritated that you actually showed up to your appointment as if you are interrupting their day. As a healthcare worker, I’m surprised that Labcorp is ok with their employee on their cell phones.
