I don't normally leave a bad review but I think they need to exert more effort to provide better customer service. I know time is important but why are we rushing if your customer is just going to complain? I got hurt quite a few times and I never even heard a sorry from her. She was kind but boy she was rough. I hope you can do better.

Great service and quality of work! I appreciate the professionalism and respect. I’m rough with my nails and Tammy does a wonderful job with making them look great again! The cost is also very competitive. Highly recommended.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel I have to after my experience..
I got a pedicure on a Friday and it all went well, until I got home and my toe was bothering me. I was hard to sleep that night because my toe was starting to hurt. I woke up with a small red bump in between my nail and skin. I gave it a few days thinking it would go away, but it only got worse. It was painful to even walk. I went in that Monday to talk to them in person. She had me sit in a chair and cleaned it out with hydrogen peroxide. She kept poking at it although I was clearly in pain. All the staff were surrounding me looking at my toe, but talking in a different language, so I had no idea what they were saying about the situation. She then said she was going to numb it and cut it out but I said no! I was very polite, but left with no resolution or sympathy. I kept it clean, but it was still painful to walk and sleep a full week later. I went to urgent care where I was told it's an infection and was prescribed antibiotics and told to do epsom salt soaks. It's been 10 days, I'm in pain, and it's not getting better. I will have to go to a Podiatrist.
After telling what happened to a co-worker, she said she also had a infection after visiting them before...

While the service is good, the attitude and the talking about consumers is ridiculous. I have a translator on my phone and it picks up what they talk about and it's not nice. I put my earbuds on to hear it while there. If you tell them something is not right or you'd like them to change something, it's an attitude like you're not paying them for their service. I do love the outcome of my nails but the really need to work on customer service.

This is my last time patronizing a nail salon in Delaware as a Black women. I got an eyebrow wax, she didn't clean my eyebrows before or after. She did not allow me the opportunity to look in the mirror after. It felt extremely unsanitary. Please don't patronize them, if your are POC, because they do not value us as customers and we are the primary financial contributors to their business.

Not sure why so many low ratings. Typical strip mall type place. Was able to get right in without an appointment for a basic pedicure ($35). Polishes are a bit hit and miss with some looking old but easily found a color. The technician was friendly and the leg massage was top notch. Don't live in this area but will return when back this way.

Terrible service from the women whose chair is in front right of the salon. I think she and her husband own this place. I won't go into the whole story, but I will say she had no regard for my comfort or my request to slow down and not to rip the refill from my nails so quickly that it really really hurt. I had already had a pedicure, so I kindly asked her to quit so that I could pay for everything that was done. This is not my first time being treated badlyService: Manicure

The woman who did my nails was very nasty. She was rude from the times she touched my hands. She was yanking my hands/fingers around. Talking to me rude. When finished she told me the total of my nails in a manner as if she was disgusted with me. After I paid she just walked of without saying thank you, have a nice day. Just NASTY! I am 30 plus yes old and this was by far my worst experience. Stay away from this place if you value experience and customer service. This experience was absolutely trash! There was another woman being serviced who was experiencing the same treatment.Service: Gel manicures

The lady who just did my nails was very unpleasant. I felt rushed and handled very roughly. There was no other customers waiting at all completely empty. She was doing my nails on a high setting causing vibrations that heated up my fingertips as she did them. Ask her to slow down cuz my finger was starting to get hot and she said ok but did the same thing.. she only put 1 coat of polish on my nail then continued to put on the clear!! I asked " are u doing another coat!?" Since when do you only get 1 coat?! I got emotional started crying I'm 6 month pregnant and just wanted something simple easy and relax get out my house.. and this happened. Still paid full price $40 wtf.
