Living Well used to be one of my favorite stores to frequent. The staff were always very kind and the shelves were stocked with amazing products. I hadn’t been in a long time so I decided to stop in and I received treatment I’ve never experienced at Living Well. The older woman working the counter was very hostile when I inquired about their Seamoss. She made me feel unwelcome and disposable as a customer. I couldn’t help but to notice that she was very kind and helpful to the other customers. If you’re wondering, yes I am and yes the customers were (if you know you know.). This experience at an establishment I used to love has left a sour taste in my mouth. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back, it’s not as if there’s much on the shelves anyway.

Disappointed that after three visits to get what I paid for the gentleman (he is very nice) is again not there. There is no one who can help me during that time away. It is NOT convenient to have to keep coming back again and again.

I was happy when I first started getting my cats antibiotic through the compounding pharmacy but after the first batch something went wrong. Every time I gave my cat her medicine she would foam at the mouth and act like it was torture to take it. When I called to ask if the chicken flavor was added I was told yes. Then I was told to call my vet to get a different antibiotic since it seems my cat was having a reaction to it. Well I just want to say I went to another compounding pharmacy and got the same antibiotic and when I gave it to her last night she actually liked it, didn’t fight me , she swallowed it without any problem. When I smelled the old bottle and the new bottle I can clearly smell “chicken” in the new bottle and I do not smell even a hint of chicken in the old one. So clearly there wasn’t any chicken flavor added even though I was told there was. No wonder that my cat hated the taste. And another thing… this new compound pharmacy only charged me half the cost of this antibiotic then Living Well did. I feel so bad of putting my cat through that as well as the stress I had on giving that to her. It wouldn’t matter to me if I only had to give this to my cat once, but this antibiotic will be given to her for the rest of her living days, so that’s why this was so important to me.

Generally, I have had a wonderful experience when visiting Living Well. Today, I was disappointed in the customer service and the availability of the product. The staff member was not friendly at all, when I asked for a product, she just pointed and her comment was “they moved things, it’s over there”( as if I should have known). The product that I needed was not available ( many empty shelves). When I exited the store, she watched me from the door - not sure I’ll he visiting again, especially if I see her in the store???

Covid Testing no results after 3 days, called the Laboratory (per their pharmacy website) and they don't have my sample. To day, 3 days later, they have not received any samples for the pharmacy???? what kind of business is this? they took my insurance and ID information very quick but no results yet. I have been calling the pharmacy 2 days and no one picks up the phone, I would think a pharmacy needs to take customers calls? what's happening here??? Where is my sample? I guess at this point an in-person visit is necessary, terrible client services.

DO NOT GET A COVID TEST HERE! the pharmacy itself is amazing. Lots of awesome products, and the staff is always professional and helpful, but the lab they sent the covid tests too, Star lab, is horrific.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the pharmacy dept since Friday afternoon. The phone line pushes you straight to voicemail that states that they are with other customers and to leave a message. I have left three messages without return calls. I need to know if my physician sent a prescription electronically so that I can pick it up.

What a great little pharmacy. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Many of the products contain all natural ingredients. I often buy the vitamins and the all natural deodorant. The pharmacist is Super friendly too.
