OK staff, can't seem to link my large purchases with my Lowes account. Guys who installed my dryer, did so incorrectly. Store management needs better leadership training.

I waited an hour for a motorized cart. They only have ONE working and it was being used. They have two more which do not work and have been in that condition for several months.

Needed Christmas candles they said they were in stock but had to go find them and they did everything they could and within an hour got them over and beyond very helpful people at Northeast Lowe's

Not as big a selection of certain appliances as some of the others I've gone too. But at least the people are eager to help you out which is something I can't say about other stores

Today December 5 2023 we bought a microwave. It was too heavy for my husband to load we asked for assistance. We wait out front for help. A girl wad ending her shift I believe her name Sam she offered to load the microwave in our vehicle. THANK YOU SAM for going out of your way to help. The Browns

Lowes has been my go to store over the other one for years,but lately finding anyone to help you is nearly impossible and then most are not knowledgeable.I went in today for something very simple and NOBODY could help. Then came Steve. He was helpful,knowledgeable and educated me on my purchase. You all would have lost a customer from pure frustration if not for Steve.STORE #1571

Originally purchased two appliances from them. The "delivery" people removed my washer and dryer from upstairs before making sure my new one would fit. The new one "did not fit" because they weren't strong enough to get it up the steps. They also left gouges and dents in my wooden stairs after they were just refinished and the walls were freshly painted. Now I have black scratches and greasy handprints all up my stairwell.They took the new washer/dryer back and I had to re-order a different one. Two and a half weeks later they finally say they'll deliver the new washer/dryer between 10am and 2pm this Friday. I took off work to make sure I would be home. They never showed up. Never got a phone call. NOTHING. I have still been unable to get ahold of an actual person and now the delivery just says "arriving sometime tomorrow" ... I work during the week. I'm not burning another vacation day because of this stores incompetence.I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. I wouldn't trust them to deliver a letter.

Purchased outdoor Christmas decor from Lowe’s in another town. Attempted to set it up today and found the wiring was broken. Called Lowe’s Customer Service in Middletown, and explained my dilemma. The Customer Service representative accepted the item without issue and was able to instruct me on where to find a replacement!I love Lowe’s in Middletown!

A very big thank you to Vince last week who was mid setting up Christmas decorations. He helped my wife , Mother in law , and little daughter find everything they were looking for even stuff that was still on pallets.Very friendly and a great asset to your team. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Most other stores would just say comeBack later but due to inventory of some items scalpers always beat us to them . Vince when shown some pictures of the items went on the hunt to help us find them all. Thanks again .

Whenever I have a weak moment and go to Lowes instead of Home Depot, I am never disappointed with the miserable "customer service" I experience, especially at the Lowes in Middletown, Delaware. Today was no exception. I wanted to purchase a $250 BBQ displayed out front. I asked three associates how that is done. One said he did not know, and that I had to go to the "customer service" counter. Another said that I had to go outside and get "the number" off the back of the BBQ and tell the woman at the self-checkout registers, and she would help me (there was no woman at the self-checkout counters; but there was a man, the same one who told me that I had to go to the customer service counter). When I went outside to get the number off the back of the BBQ, none of the BBQs had any number on the back, or anywhere else for that matter. When I then went to the "customer service" counter, I had the unfortunate luck to have to interact with employee, "M*****." With his back to me, I said, "Excuse me." He turned around with a somewhat annoyed or "what do you want" expression on his face, with his hands in his pockets (real professional). I explained that I seem to be getting the run-around in my effort to purchase one of the BBQs out front, and he said that I needed to take a picture of the BBQ with my cell phone and then show the person at the registers, and then that person would help me (the same registers where that employee said he did not know how I was to purchase the BBQ and that I needed to go to customer service). I told "M*****" that I should not have to go back out into the parking lot and get my cell phone to take a picture of the BBQ, and that trying to purchase a BBQ should not be that difficult. His response: "Well, it is difficult," with a smug expression. Their employees are the "face" of their company, and again, this is an example of some of the people employed there, and then to also place them in "customer service" compounds the insult. Pathetic. It is why I regularly shop at Home Deport. Never again, Lowes.

We had our washer of 21 years die, that Sunday ordered new washer at 4 o’clock, had delivered next day at 8 am in house and old washer out by 820 Amazing!! Will always be a Lowe’s customer!!

Horrific customer service. Not a single person in checkout, was trying to buy spray paint and I had to wait for someone. 18 minutes a person showed up with an attitude and no vest, apparently that can’t work a register without a vest… man has Lowe’s changed.
