I've brought several cats here over the years. Dr. Heller is always very patient, kind, and compassionate toward us and our cats. He's always willing to answer questions. I've rarely had to wait before my cat is seen. The techs are also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Vet to any pet owner in the area.

What an amazing vet. We are so lucky he was the only one taking new patients when I moved here years ago. He is very skilled and professional and he cares about his patients. Normally you pay extra to get this level of expertise, but his prices are reasonable. He is also sensible and not greedy. He will give you every option available for care, and then even recommend what he thinks isn't worth the money. He will state if products he has for sale are more expensive than online. He just spent 20 minutes on the phone telling me the results of my 16-year-old cat's blood work and fully describing the care options. What a rare gem in today's business world!

I can easily recommend this practice. The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Heller is compassionate and knowledgeable. He really listens and explains his recommendations well.

Wonderful practice. Our dog loved going there and the doc was very caring about what we feed our dogs. Medicate only if it’s truly needed, as a principle from the Vet was wonderful to see.

Dr Heller is a GREAT PERSON & GREAT Vet. I have been taking my My pets there since he opened. Also having moved from Middletown to central Delaware I still make the Trip. Dr Heller is a very good listener and Answers question’s with such Honesty. As most of you know our pets our a family also, My Missy MEANS the world to me and my Ralph also. Also Gizmo who is my wife’s dog. My last visit Dr Heller did Blood work and the next morning by 8:30 AM he called & told me the results which were fine. Again the Service and Caring and Compassion are above & Beyond. I would be remiss if I did not mention the staff. They are also very Good. In closing I can say if you are just new to the area or need a GOOD vet, You can REST ASSURED that ur “Family member” is in the BEST hands possible IMHO.

We took out cat to Dr. Heller last Wednesday. He did a thorough workup on her. He's such a wonderful Doctor. He did blood work on her, & called me back on Monday to tell me everything was good. And his office is so pleasant.

My animals Love Dr. Heller, he worked great with my cat who struggles with anxiety issues and even fit me in last minute when my doggie had an emergency 11/10
