An overwhelming set up and the music was challenging the loudness of the customers inside. Very loud and very claustrophobic inducing.

I had the worst experience at this marshals and will never visit the location again. I was trying to purchase a few items from the glass and had a horrible customer service experience the women wouldn’t let me even touch the product I was trying to read the ingredients of the product that I purchased especially she just was rude even her demeanor of asking me “what do I want ?” Was very unwarranted and I wonder why she treated me so poorly as a paying customer but if this how Marshall customers service I will never come there again.

Had a lovely shopping experience until check out. Todd M the Marshalls coordinator was our cashier. He didn’t ring the bell at us just waved us over with a scowl. When we greeted him with a hello, he gave us no response and didn’t even look up. After checking out he did not tell us the total nor wrap our delicate items. He also had poor customer service and did not tell us the standard “Have a nice day”. We love our local Marshalls and usually have a nice time, but our experience at check out with Todd today dampened our shopping.

They use to have tons of stuff now it's getting less and less on men's clothing's. Not very organized in the store to me. Feel like everything is everywhere but hey it's a small store.

I have worked in customer service for 15 years so I am not one to complain about an employee- we all have our bad days.. but the woman working the dressing room- her name is Joyce- was the rudest, most inappropriate worker I have ever come across. to the point where I left all my things and walked out. I was in there with my infant and trying to count my things for the dressing room and instead of helping as I was clearly struggling with my baby and dropping items- she talked to me like I was completely incompetent. i asked her for her help to count the items and she said no, that wasn't her job. I will never go back to a store who condones workers like this.

I love Marshall's. It's one of my favorite stores. But you really gotta go at the right times always crowded, it's hard to get staffing. And when they say it's clearance, it's only a dollar off. So it's not really clear it sor like $3 off. That's not clearance..
