Sweet, kind and extremely informational! I had no idea how technical & scientific purchasing a mattress can be! She trained a gentleman who was fun to work with, very personable and not like dealing with salespeople at all!! Melissa made amazing suggestions and we ended up with the perfect bed, sealy hybrid, adjustable base (ease),cooling pillows and mattress protector!
