Worse cell phone store I ever experienced the worker (luiz) hustled me into buying a phone and I did 3 days later I went to take it back because I have 14 days to do a return and the same guy would not help me he told me I was basically burnt for my $300.00..after I had to wait 10minutes while he was talking on his personal cellphone.. If any1 is smart stay out of this Metro store I switched to Verizon in 2 weeks of being with them

Its 12:00 on a Sunday, the store is supposed to be open at 12:00. Here I am standing outside of the store with nobody inside to open up. It is now 12:05 @ still nobody in sight. I had to go out of my way to go here and only have certain opportunities to go places!!! Total waste of time and $. I'd like to know who was supposed to open store today, Sunday February 28, 2021 at noon. There ill.put you out there for people to see.

I bought my daughter a new iPhone 11 at this store during the covid-19 pandemic for her 17 birthday The female rep there lied n lied n lied again about the contract I signed up for. We all know nothing is really free however if I ask you are you more than over and again if it's free for a third line n she says free free free free !!! why is i t stated in contract third line cost $4 a mo and if I cancel I'll pay $10 a mo wtf is this predatory or no?? Then I was told I have to have insurance but.... wait for it ..... I can cancel at anytime FREE of charge ... b******* I haven't been with this company for 30fays yet n I can't cancel contract either It's so unfair for these people n companies to take advantage of the consumer especially during a world wide crisis when if it wasn't for us they would not exist.

Just to give all you potential customers an update, You do not want to deal with this company, still not getting text messages from my new phone, many attempts to have the problem resolved, Just get many replies of " We are Sorry" not adressing the problem which is losing me Money and straining contact with my Daughter, Trust me, you do not want a Phone from this company, knowing what I know now I would definitely pay twice as much to have a fully operational phone elsewher, had to contact BBB and a lawyer, stiil all they have replied with is a bunch of I'm sorries.... GET YOUR PHONE ELSEWHERE, HONESTLY.

This place has got to be the worst place I have EVER been to. I lost my phone and went here to get a new phone, when I walked in Alisha was on her personal phone and kept it on speaker the whole time she helped me. I told her I wanted a Samsung with the finger print security she said they didn't have one but I am eligible for the LG Stylo. Told her I didn't want another LG, she showed me her phone which was not on display ; the ZTE she said it was a really good phone. I took her word for it and she asked do you need any accessories, I told her no I will get it on Amazon. She then stated that if I get the ZTE it comes with the case and screen protector. I told her that is a great deal then. She told me the cost of the phone with the activation was $184. She then put my receipt in the box and bagged it knowing I was rushing, when I got home and checked my receipt and the price of the phone online the phone was $119 not $184. She charged me for the case and the screen protector. I called customer service and they told me to go back to the store and speak to the manager. I called and spoke to the so called manager Stephanie and she was no help, when I asked to speak to the owner she put me on a very long hold and then hung up. As I called through out the day she ignored my calls. Will not stop until I get my refund. Worst place to go too, customer service is TERRIBLE!
