i have gone to Patriot twice now for two different cars, both with AC problems. both times they fixed my car within 24 hrs and provided excellent communication with me throughout the entire process. additionally, they are very accommodating with schedules which i really appreciated. i highly recommend patriot, they are wonderful.

Great service, fixed my tire right away. Tyler was very knowledgeable and let me know what conditions my tires were in, I appreciate this business for their honesty and not trying to take advantage of me like another place did. Irbynh worked on my car and did a great job. I’m very satisfied and will be back to patronize Patriot Auto.

I needed brake repair so badly and could not get an appointment with my dealership, it got so bad I could hear the grinding. I went to chapgpt for recommendations and Patriot auto was top and they did not disappoint, same day service, got a unbelievable deal on brakes, got to watch Eddie Murphy classic movies with Donna(who was a God send)while waited. My brakes where worn down to nubs but the mechanic took great care of me. Thank you Patriot Auto , you will be seeing me again!!!!!!!!!!

I went in for some basic maintenance and heard a lady yelling at one of her employees I later saw him outside with his toolbox around back.
Leadership often let personal emotions or stress affect how they treated staff, which created a toxic work environment.
There was little support or opportunity to defend any issues as she seemed to have the need to be louder and overall angry and on top of that who would get an oil change for more than 150$ even my dealership only charges me 75. What a joke.
Advice to Management:
Take more time to verify facts before making staffing decisions. People deserve to be heard and treated with respect.
Improving communication and emotional professionalism would go a long way in building trust with employees.

I had a check engine light and inspection with DMV was approaching. Put my 99 Lincoln town car in the capable hands of Patriot auto. My car is now inspected for 2 years. I'm very pleased with the service to my car and the customer service. Thank. You. I undoubtedly will return for additional services.

I was very pleased with the service. The fact that they have after hour drop off is a great plus. They are totally automated which does away with phone tag. They are very accommodating and allowed me to pick up my car on Saturday when they are closed. Their customer service is A+.

they removed and replaced my 5yr old battery...removed and replaced 4 new tires....and an oil change...what i like is that they send you an inspection report to see what other repais need to be done and an estimated time when it should be done...the person at the desk was very knowledgeable about repairs...and explained everything in detail...
