Honest, reliable, and consistent…..Another service shop said parts I purchased from here were run down, I called to ask them why and Hank got me in two hours later, got the car up and told me the info I was given was incorrect after confirming it with 3 other people. The other place said they must have been wrong. Was clearly an ethical issue and Hank and the guys and gals at Mr. Tire were the legit ones….have known Hank for 3 years now; always takes the time to help and explain things. Excellent example of their great customer service and the need to be cautious due to shady business dealers out there.

My previous review is below, but is only fair to give another review when things go well and 5 stars. After many years an Appointment was made by a second party. They asked if i was going to wait for the car and i said yes. Customer service was great, my 4 new tires were install within an hour and gave me advice on my brakes. Thank you!
Will come back for an alignment.
I called to make an appointment to service my car. (30min) The gentleman that answerd the phone said they are all booked but you can make an appointment for Sunday. I agreed... i get there 15 minutes prior to my time and they asked what time you would like to pick up your car, I said im waiting here for it. He said oh, we have 3 other cars ahead of you so it will will be a long time. This service takes 30 minutes tops. What is the purpose of making an appointment? Or alteast give customers a heads up that for a 30 minute service you have to drop the car off for the day and another courtesy; if you are getting Jammed up, call the customers that made appointments and give them a heads up on the situation, so we have options or atleast bring someone else to take me back home if im dropping off the car.
Waste of my time...

Don't even bother that's the best I can tell you. This place has really changed, they seem to have a high turnover rate. The work is not as great as it used to be. They mess up your vehicle and act like they don't know what you are talking about when they are confronted. Also don't call the main line to make a complaint, because they will pass the call to someone else and that someone else is a voicemail that never returns your call.

Don't waste time going in here. They say appointment is needed and they do not honor the appointment time. My appointment was at 9 and when I went at 9 they said they can't get me in till 11. I don't understand why they give appointment when they can't do it. And the staff were not ready to listen to us. They just say what they have to say and they said to go to some other merchant if I don't want to wait.

I've travelled back and forth between NYC and my hometown on the eastern shore of Maryland so many times to help take care of my elderly father over the last few months that I needed a tire rotation. I found this place on Google maps, and stopped in at 5pm on a Tuesday with no appointment. The front desk rep (sadly I didn't get her name) was fantastic, and got me in in a few minutes. She clearly explained the very reasonable cost and the procedure, and then the work was done in 15-20 minutes by an excellent and friendly young woman. This place is great and I definitely recommend it!

I recently visited the Mr. Tire location in Middletown, DE for a tire rotation and oil change, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from the front desk staff. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and providing me with options for my vehicle's maintenance.
The technicians who worked on my car were also top-notch. They were efficient, thorough, and took the time to explain the work that was being done. I felt confident that my car was in good hands and that they were truly looking out for my best interests.
Overall, I had a great experience at Mr. Tire in Middletown. The staff was friendly, the service was exceptional, and my car is running smoothly thanks to their expertise. I highly recommend this location for all of your tire and oil change needs. Thank you to the team at Mr. Tire for providing such excellent service!

I am a new resident in Middletown, and i was looking for a place where a few dominicans can get services of oil change and services brake. After search a few places i found an excellent place that offered me all that i need. The customer service was perfect, a guys named Brandon was very polite and gave me an excellent information about my car, the services excellent, it was a big surprise how fast was the service and because this place is located in a very nice area i will never imagine that the prices were very reasonable. That was the best welcome that this town gave to me. Finally when
the service was done, i went to my wed page "Dominicans in Delaware and Immediately, i let all the latin community know how fabulous was this place.

My family and I were traveling through for a vacation on Rt. 301 heading towards Maryland. We unfortunately noticed that we picked up a nail in our tire. After checking with 2 other tire establishments who gave us a 2+ hour wait, we arrived at Mr. Tire. Even though they had appointments coming every half hour, the manager on duty was able to squeeze us in! Our tire was patched and we were back on the road within an hour! The staff here was very courteous and the workmanship shown by the mechanic was superb. Thank you!
