Katie did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure! The salon is super clean, the massage was so relaxing, and she pays attention to every little detail. Her work feels more like art than just nails. I’ve finally found my go-to spot for manis and pedis!

Overall, the staff is kind and the salon is clean. The female nail artist does a great job shaping. Unfortunately, at my last visit for a fill, the male nail artist used the drill improperly. It felt like he was shaving down my actual nail and very painful. Because of this experience, I no longer wanted acrylic nails and upon removal, there were “rings of fire,” or red indents on all my nails.

I went here a few weeks ago for a manicure and pedicure. Overall, the staff was pleasant and the place was adequately clean. However, I was never asked what type of pedicure I wanted. I was given a basic pedicure. Unfortunately, it was not the most relaxing as the nail tech was kind of rough. I also have never had ingrown toenails in my life and have had pain on the left side of my big toe since the pedicure. Then we moved over to manicure. Again, I was given a very basic manicure. No lotion, no massage. She rushed through my nails, slapped some paint on and put me under the drying lights. My nails were not cleaned up nicely. I also developed Beau's line (a horizontal ridge across every nail due to destruction of the nail matrix) directly following the manicure. Even though this salon is close to my house, I will not be returning.

I go here every 3 weeks to get my nails filled and I’m never disappointed. Katie always does a great job with my nails and toes. I only have to get my toes done every 6 weeks because the gel last so long. If I ever have any issues before then or broke a nail Katie always fits me in to fix it at no charge. The salon is very clean and everyone is so friendly. I will always be a loyal customer! It’s hard to find a consistently great Salon but I’m glad I did!

** the owner response is inaccurate. I was not looking for FREE service. I was only looking to have compensation for the terrible work that was done — you know, a little “extra” for the terrible service.
NO - it has been 12 days since I had it done originally, but only because I was away & then salon was closed when I returned. Had I been home, I would’ve been right back to the salon when they started to crack after FOUR days, but I was out of the country & could not get to the salon.
The next EIGHT days, I was without any proper gel on my nails. Don’t make it sound like I waited 12 days to come to try to get a free pedicure.
I work hard for my money that I spend at any local business. I expect that the product I am receiving holds up longer than just a few days, just like any customer would.
Also - there was ONE customer there. if I explained the situation, I’m sure she would’ve done the same thing.
As I say in the following review - RUDE, ignorant, cheap, TERRIBLE customer service. At this place, there is no customer being right. **
From very impressive to CHEAP and RUDE, awful customer service. As long as you’re paying, they are nice, accommodating, and so fakely sweet.
But call them out on their mistakes or bad work - TWICE within 10 days - and they turn into RUDE, cheap, ignorant people.
Let me explain -
THIRSDAY- I went to get a pedicure before vacation, paying extra for both gel and for French tip design. The pedicure was great! I paid $58 - even tipped the tech $12 because I was so happy. I was very pleased when I left the salon and excited to show them off - I thought they looked great.
FRIDAY- One of the gel finish on a nail had lifted and come off. I had not done anything out of the ordinary to cause this - I wasn’t climbing thru rocks or dragging my toes. I returned to the salon and they fixed it - no questions asked. I tipped another $5 for the GREAT customer service…or so I thought.
SUNDAY- we left for our cruise. Each day I notice some lifting around the cuticle, but nothing major.
TUESDAY - the gel finish on my big toe was breaking off and chipping. It was looking terrible. Then another started and another…
WEDNESDAY- the big toe was completely gone with another ready to fall off. And another and again another.
THIRSDAY- the gel finish on THREE nails was gone. I ended up just taking off the many that were lifting and trimming the few that were left. Spent the rest of vacation with plain toes, not what I wanted at all, or what I had paid for just ONE week ago.
This was NOT what I expected from a pedicure, paying EXTRA for both the gel finish and French design. I have NEVER had an issue with it lasting just 5 days. I have gone weeks in the past from other salons.
SUNDAY- we returned from vacation late evening - salon closed.
MONDAY- salon closed
TUESDAY- I returned to the salon WITH PICS to show the deterioration of my pedicure over the first 5 days. They were not interested at all in seeing the terrible work that their nail tech completed - TWICE.
I had spent $75 on this pedicure, including the two tips I had given. I thought that an express pedicure - quick scrub of the feet and maybe file - was not too much to ask. There was ONE other customer in the salon. Other techs were sitting doing nothing. It’s not like they were busy.
They told me no - just a polish change. I told them I thought I would be compensated in some way for the terrible work that was done twice and a quick pedicure was not too much to ask - it had been 10 days - 5 of which I had bare nails. They just ignored me and said just a polish change. Then they RUDELY spoke to each other in their native language. So so so rude.
This may seem petty to some, but I do not get p

Got my manicure and pedicure. Firstly lady at reception is very rude. My pedicure and manicure was done simultaneously. Lady who did manicure was good but she was in a hurry as if she has to go somewhere whereas salon was not busy at all. She used one small bowl to dip my hands . Pedicure was ok but not worth spending $70 on it.
