Very happy with the truck. Only frustration was that knob on the driver's side window would pop off every time I tried to move the window. The window worked fine just made a little harder to operate. I would rent from Penske again.

I just want to say that for the second time in a row I have tried to rent a truck from Penske, I have been called the morning of the rental and told that they don’t have any trucks available. I will not try to rent from them again. This is the second location also. Very disappointing.

Rented a Truck from Penske Rental at the 301 Truck Stop/301 Plaza in Middletown. They are always available to pick up/drop off the rental truck. No hidden fees, great bargain. Kevin assisted me when I was renting the truck and I couldn't have asked for a kinder, knowledgable person. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental facility and Kevin!
