This was my first time getting my dog groomed. What a great experience. Everyone was so nice,Samantha did an amazing job. Bernie came out looking great and smelling great. He was so relaxed when I picked him up. Thanks everyone.

Keali did the grooming for Peppa and she was wonderful! Peppa came home happy and smelling like vanilla!!

can't find. I can't get her cut until I get the Rabies number. I would have thus but she also lost her collar. Now again I call and they said now they can't find her in the system. I'm on the CP and looking at all her info. The info there only has her info in their CP like name. Email. Phone etc. I call again and they said great that is all they needed then tell me they can't find any of this in their files. I tell them I'm looking at it and they insist they can't find it. Man this company is a loser. Now I have been waiting for a lady to call or email me back. It's near 2 hours now. Lol Once again wouldnt they have info of any kind on my dog. This is anazing

I really didn’t know where I was going to take my Fur Baby for grooming but after knowing her brother goes to PETCO I decided to bring her there. The first groomer he had was Samantha and she really did a good job on making her do pretty. I love PETCO because of her having the same groomer and my Fur Baby has now gotten used to Samantha to the point of being happy to see her when we arrive. Samantha is good about having her ready at the pick up time that she gives us, along with being super professional.

Not sure why all the bad reviews but everyone has always been nice and very accommodating when I went there. They quickly send someone when asked, easy pick ups, a clean store, and a great selection.

While I understand it is hard to find employees. I find it fascinating the pay counter is not present at all times. I waited 10 minutes to check out and when I told manager he lacked empathy as I had other appointments to go to but more important who is minding the stores valuables. I probably was not speaking to a manager either. Also only one groomer visible as the other sat in back talking on cell phone and 3 people waiting at counter with no one there to help. This all happened yesterday so I said maybe I just was not seeing it all right .So today I tried again. My findings ....Store needs major upgrade on customer service as once again tried trcalling at 9:05 am and was asked to leave message. I understand at times it's hard to answer the phone but this was when store opened. Called back at 10 and the same result. Tried again at 11:00 am and could not believe no one there to answer the phone. Finally after 11:30 I just gave up and took my dog to another groomer

The groomers are very nice and take great care of our dogs. Their prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The employees here are always so nice and you can just tell they all enjoy their jobs. Especially the dogs. It's always a joy coming in to petco.

I am usually not a Petco fan, but pets needed supplies and Walmart disappointed. Rachel and Mason made my experience wonderful. They were personable, professional and so helpful! Rachel, my senior Whippet is eating the supplement you recommended and is already feeling better as you said!! Thank you!!! Mason, helped me update my rewards info, so I can come back more!
