Clean, good workers, and started adding the type of equipment you see in a more serious gym. Better than any PF ive been in, and for its price, unbeatable for even serious gym goers.

I recently left the Y and joined several months ago. I appreciate that they have several machines for the same body parts, This way you don’t have to wait around. Generally, people are conscientious and helpful.
Place is clean and well kept.
However, I have the upgraded membership and the Hydro massage machines have not been available to use. Not sure why.
It would be nice if they gave notice when the gym is closing for instance this week the 25th through the 27th. It was closed due to upgrades. They should post signs in advance so you can plan around that. Otherwise, I would recommend because they do have a lot of great equipment to use.

Great exercise but too little air movement. Forced my pulse higher than it should to try to cool me off. Need the exercise not the heat.

Always clean. Plenty of equipment, usually no waiting. Very friendly staff. Incredibly cheap fees! And no attitude that you feel at other gyms!!

Let me start off by saying that I did like coming to this Planet Fitness initially. However, staff are rude and don’t monitor the gym for cleanliness. I have complained before about the restrooms and gym being dirty to no avail. The equipment is showing heavy use and some equipment needs to be refurbished/replaced. The one leg extension machines feels like I’m on a roller coaster ride when I’m on it because it is unbalanced ??.
I have noticed the staff stand behind the desk and don’t walk the gym to make sure members are putting their weights back on the rack, areas are clean, or check for people to ensure they are scanning their membership. I have seen people over the months just walk in without scanning their membership cards and the front staff don’t stop them or say anything. It’s a free for all.
And if you are lucky, you may get a “hello” or some type of “grunt” from the staff as you walk-in. It’s comical to say the least. The staff act like they are scared to speak to the members but aren’t scared to play on their phones while standing behind the desk ?.
In the end, what do you expect for $9.99 per month ?♂️.

At first I really enjoyed this gym. It's convenient and clean. However, the staff can be extremely rude. Their hardly ever at the front desk. When there should be someone there at all times.(People can walk right out the front door with your merchandise. Or worse walk right in without a membership Lol) I know this because I work for a gym. I ask to use a massage chair often they act like it's an issue with that. Going to the back slamming the door near massage chairs constantly. Ridiculous. Trying to make customers uncomfortable. Like what do you actually think I'm doing in the massage room? Puting the massage chair in my bag and taking it home? Ridiculously foolish behavior. On top of it. A girl at the front in morning won't even speak. Young, fair skin with medium length brown hair and glasses. Extremely rude. She spends more time chatting to co workers about gym members than doing her job!! Rule of thumb never make the customers uncomfortable especially when you're the face of the gym. Look up and smile and speak to everyone who walks past you. I would NEVER have her at my front desk. She needs to be fired immediately. And so does her little friends who entertain her rudeness. I really wish gyms hired adults to work at places like these. It's really not a place for child like individuals. ( immature front desk behavior.) Id also like to add not every staff member is rude. There's a select few. They know exactly who they are. It's unfortunate that you go to the gym for a good workout only to deal with this type of treatment. I will be contacting corporate about this location. Either way it goes I'll still be getting my workout in. Remember we are the customers. You're the EMPLOYEE. Smile you made the choice to work here. :)
