This feedback is for Tammy Nichols. Had a bad experience working with her. Only interested in pushing clients to buy or sell without giving a solution basis their financial status or credit score. We incurred losses on our sale as she gave assurances that our property would sell for a price she herself estimated however had to reduce a good $25K subsequently as she was not able to find buyers. Had she told us upfront the real market potential we wouldn't have gone ahead with the sale and wouldn't have locked in another place to move which led to our desperation to sell. Moreover we had to constantly push for updates rather than she proactively providing us as our agent. Also during the closing the buyer raised some issues in grading which led to giving the seller an extra credit of $4K and instead of helping us to negotiate it seemed as if she was operating from buyers side and all the negotiating was done by us snd she just mutely watched us. A horrendous experience with his agent but glad that its finally over.

This review is for Terra King with Remax in Middletown,Delaware. I really wasn't sure how to do this, so this review is way after the fact; but in 2018 my husband Michael and I were in the process of trying to sell our house in Middletown and buy another one. That being said we eventually went to Remax where we met Terra. She is the best. She really knows her stuff; but most of all she knows how to connect with her clients. She's very professional and also very personable. My husband and I both felt very comfortable and had confidence in her. For instance I told her that, yes, we were selling our home which was very nice by the way; just the lot was too small, but I had to get something just as nice if not nicer. She assured me that we would. I must admit I was a little anxious, and was about to give up, but lo and behold, we got a buyer, and within the specified time frame, we found my dream home. I keep saying "my" and "I" because my husband really liked the other house and didn't care about the lot. I'll close by saying that Terra is a real go-getter, and if she can make me happy, I'm sure she can do it for you. So if you're looking to make that move, she's the one. Take it from me. Diane D.

Drove 4 hours to go see a listing they confirmed with my agent. We got to delaware 5 minutes before and our agent called to say they left him a message that they now cancelled the appointment with no reason He called them back 4 (Four) times..NEVER to get a return call as to why or what the problem was. We turned around and went back home. Longest useless day along with alot of spent gas for nothing. I will be sure to not go to any other house they are showing.
