I came in for a refill and pedicure .. seen a color that I wanted and decided to try .. after watching how the polish was placed on my toes then , scribbled all over I did not like the outcome . I explained that I did not like it and would just like to do regular white polish .. who can mess up basic white , the lady literally snatched the foam from around my toes and threw it then , started talking to those around me about me with an attitude as everyone stood around and watched , they were watching as if she didn’t know what she was doing because she did it over twice ! … my toes never take over 30 min which this took almost a hour and a half ! Why ? I have no idea .. I get gel and the way he kept slamming the device on my toes to dry was crazy .. he didn’t even let my toes dry when he decided to pile up layers of clear coat and white , he than began to drill it off my toes .. this was the 3rd time !!!!! I felt the attitude and heard them speaking once I said I did not like my toes .. not worth $55 for just my toes ! I ended up just getting my toes done and no other service so I could get out of there .. he didn’t even put the clear coat on the left foot just the big toe he was so focused on due to him messing up a basic white color the color looks so dull and dirty on my feet . my toes are not for practice if I am paying ! That’s what those silicone hands and feet are for ! I’m never going back to that place .. I’m better off doing it myself if that’s my last resort .. the treatment for each customer that walks in is not the same & they are rude ! If I’m paying my money to a company I am paying for service and tipping for the job that I am satisfied with this whole experience with it being my first time was not good what so ever but , I bet they expected to get paid !!! Not everything is about money when you are doing something you enjoy ! Stop rushing and handle the little bit of customers that do come in with care ! There’s people who speak up for themselves and there’s others who don’t mind paying for a complete mess and I am not one of them .

Tonight was my first night trying out this nail salon. Very relaxing environment . Gloria did my gel manicure and pedicure and I didn’t catch the ladies name who did my waxing. They took there time doing my services and did an amazing job. Thank you I will be back. ☺️

Thank you to Megan, who did my eyelashes on 10/28. I called at the last minute because I had somewhere to go, and she made me an appointment within 45 minutes of my call. She did a great job and they looked really beautiful. I don't wear them much because my eyes are very sensitive, but I could barely feel them. I will be returning when I want my eyelashes done. Thank you!!! Great job! It's appreciated.

Best nail place I’ve been with some of the friendliest staff. I called because the other nail salon I normally use gave my appointment away even tho I was on time. So with leaving for the next day for vacation and trying to get a last minute manicure and pedicure, Regal nail salon told me to come right in when I called. The staff was so welcoming and pleasant when I walked in, the manager told me to pick a color and if I wanted gel she would match it to my toes with regular color if I wanted. Definitely think I found my new favorite nail place.Services: Manicure
