This salon has a very welcoming atmosphere. The hair stylists and staff are very friendly. I noticed while I was there that the stylists are invested in what you want and need for your hair. They work hard to give you the desired style as well as being pleasant. They really make you feel special.

Salon 828 is an upscale salon for the entire family. Both my husband and I are long time clients of Nicole C. Don the owner and all the stylist are always so friendly and helpful. My main reason for choosing this salon is the time and care Nicole C puts into each appointment. At the start each visit, Nicole consults with me about the health of my hair, gives me her recommendations, suggestions and asks me for my thoughts. I would describe the environment/vibe of salon as relaxed and chic. A good location with lots of parking in the Middletown Shopping Center.I use the online booking for appointments which lets me select a good time that's convenient for me, the type of service and which stylist.Definitely a REAL gem of a salon! I have been going to Salon 828 for nearly 6 years now. Started shortly after they opened when Stephanie changed to this Salon. I’ve been with Stephanie 16 years now so where ever she went I went. What a wonderful salon !Everyone there are so nice and friendly and it’s bright and clean. Megan is also wonderful, I had a few visits with Megan when Stephanie was out. I’ve been to several different salons in the area but this one is my favorite! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, relaxing and cozy interior, and if you’re getting your hair done, I highly recommend Nicki! She’s the best!
