“Very happy with the truck. Only frustration was that knob on the driver's side window would pop off every time I tried to move the window. The window worked fine just made a little harder to operate. I would rent from Penske again.”

“No attendant at first storage location. Hard to find attendant at second location. Then he puts pound sign where star is supposed to go on card so we couldn't get out of gate. He said it was his first day at that location. Didn't offer lock but asked if I ever rented a storage unit before and I said no. This was his opportunity to make a sale .”
