No attendant at first storage location. Hard to find attendant at second location. Then he puts pound sign where star is supposed to go on card so we couldn't get out of gate. He said it was his first day at that location. Didn't offer lock but asked if I ever rented a storage unit before and I said no. This was his opportunity to make a sale .

I liked being able to drive right up to the unit. This made moving things in and out of the unit so easy. The facility was very secure too.

Highly recommend Sentinel Self Storage in Middletown (near Lowes). I stored my RV there for over a year until I sold it and always felt the site was secure and safe. Pricing was also very reasonable.

Rented space to park my 20 foot trailer. Easy and quick. Price was typical for spaces this size. Clean office. Video cameras on grounds. Security gate was broken.
