Placed an order during Black Friday for store pick up, turns out it’s already expired. Went to the Sephora counter for even exchange, turns out the store doesn’t carry the exact same thing. I was encouraged to “order from the warehouse directly”, as if the Kohl’s app has this option for consumers. Sephora @ Kohl’s doesn’t seem to have good service recovery and claims no responsibility other than blaming the warehouse or another store for the incident. I went back home empty handed. This is the first and last time I’m ordering cosmetics from Kohl’s. Don’t waste your time finding Sephora deals there.
