Absolutely do not use this nail salon. The employee name Mark is very rude and unprofessional, and does not even know how to do nails let alone listen to what the customer request and then wants to sit and talk in their own language about their customers, Then He still demanded his money for a horrible job that he did After leaving that nail salon, I had to go to a different nail salon for them to correct what he did a whole new set. Do not use this nail salon.

I went here for a pedicure and told the lady I didn't want them to use a sander to take my gel off and they wouldn't listen. She started using it and I told her to stop and she just kept arguing with me saying this was better and then proceeded to burn me after I told her no 100 times. So I just got up and walked out, like how do you hold someone's feet hostage? Very weird experience never experienced anything like that before. I even told her I'd pay extra to use a file, and she still argued. They have no customer service skills.

There is one guy there that you can tell does not like black people and don’t like doing their nails. Worst experience with him, I will no longer be going there. If you go and are black don’t go to the one the outside in the last row

My first time her was good so I came back. BIG MISTAKE! I came 2 days ago asking for a full set & pedicure. My pedicure was rushed through not at all relaxing. I brushed off the fact my feet didn't look good & the mistakes made with feet polish which I did try to tell him but the language barrier was too much. My full set was worse though my nail tech was super nice there was another language barrier & it was so rushed & sloppy I kept asking him "should just come back tomorrow" for him to finish since they were closing but he said "no". I paid over a hundred some dollars & tipped very nicely as I always do and left! I figured I'd just come back today to get my nails fixed right? No big deal right?...as soon as I walked in today nicely asking for my nails to be fixed the nail tech who from my previous visit was amazing was so RUDE & LOUD telling me I should have spoken up the other day! I tried explaining to him the situation BUT HE WAS STILL SO RUDE & LOUD TREATING ME HORRIBLY IN FRONT OF EVERYONE WHILE THEY ALL STARRED AT ME LAUGHING! I HAD TO STOP MYSELF FROM LITERALLY CRYING! NO APOLOGIES NOTHING & THE OWNER NEVER SAID OR DID ANYTHING HE JUST SAT THERE LISTENING & WATCHED!!
⚠️ I FELT SO BELITTLED & DEFEATED I LEFT WITH WET NAILS SO I COULD GET TO MY CAR TO CRY ? & WRITE THIS SO THAT YOU ALL KNOW & CAN CHOOSE TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Service was decent . But as I was tipping after my card was swiped the tech who did my nails told me I should tip between 2 people because she did my nails and a gentleman did my toes which I thought was EXTREMELY rude! Pretty much telling me what I tipped was not enough for their liking. Tips are optional courtesies. From previous reviews this type of rude behavior is quite common.Will NOT be coming back! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else go there either.Service: Acrylic nails

Omg been going to vendor and stumbled across this location. Night and day service, promt, beautifully done and even went back because one nail broke in a week and they fix it for free!! It's definitely my fav spot going forward!

I've been coming here for years and I love the service. They are very welcoming and friendly. I like going to Hannah, Mark, or Leo for a full set. My nails always look great and they always ask if I like them. They take their time with the pedicures and makes me feel like I'm walking on a cloud when I'm done.
