Subi is AMAZING! She was very attentive to what I wanted and did EXACTLY how I preferred my brow shape to be. I loved how her hand felt so painless, normally it hurts but with her it felt no pain. I will forever be a loyal client to hers as she perfects her craft.

I’m gonna give 2 stars because she was nice at first but when you tell your customer to show up at 11 and you’re not there is very unprofessional. She sent me a message at 11 telling me to come at 12 or 1 because she’s not home when I was at her door. When I asked her why didn’t she text me earlier she went do you have something to buy at Walmart meaning kill time there until 12 or 1. What kind of professional business is that?? Well you lost a customer.

Subi is a very sweet person but her unhygienic practice makes me not want to come back again. I was a customer waiting for her to finish with someone else… I observed her set aside the gloves she took off and put back on to use on me. I didn’t know what to say, all I could think about was how filthy and disgusting it is to have someone else’s facial grimes on my face.Very disappointed about this.

I am not blessed with great eyebrows but somehow after two visits to Subi they look better that I could've imagined. She shapes them carefully to maximize what little I have, and even recommended a natural remedy to help promote growth that seems to be working! Typically threading will leave me red and sometimes even with pinpricks of blood where the hair came up - I am barely in pain with Subi! Her salon is also super clean and she takes every COVID precaution too. Her expertise combined with more than reasonable pricing has made me a very loyal customer.

I've been to 4 different threading places in Delaware, Subi is the BEST out of them. She takes her time and does not rush. Very thorough! My eyebrows look amazing.

I had my eyebrows done at Subís yesterday. It was awesome! It's been a long time since I've had it done and she was very patient and friendly with me. I used to get it done at the mall, but man, the drive up there just for brows was not worth it. It was also more expensive and not as great experience as Subís. Subí really took the time to evaluate my eyebrows and find the right shape for them depending on my hair growth. I will be back every two weeks! Cheaper than the mall, closer commute, and great service!
