Today I came into T-Mobile with a issue that has been going on since 2022. Lynn was FANTASTIC she called customer service and fixed my problem! Her attitude was so positive and she was so patient! I would recommend her and this store everytime.

My daughter and I visited this store today and I have to say…. we received top notch service. Our sales representative Lynn gave us outstanding customer service. She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We had a sensitive issue arise and she was very understanding and treated our situation with the upmost respect and care. I truly want to thank her for that. She is a GEM!!! I also want to thank the manager of the store Shaylen(I’m so sorry if I missed spelled your name. Please forgive me if I did). The manager was very kind and provided support to Lynn when she needed help. Thanks again for making our experience exceptional.

"Get this n***a out of here" - Don/Ron (he muffled his name when I asked for it) 7:32 PM, Saturday 27th, 2023. Sadly, he assumed that the harsh language asserted in the backroom to his colleague was never audible to the entire service area. I asked him why he used such cruel words, he replied "Oh, wow you actually heard that?” T-Mobile, if your associates are going to disrespect people who need simple solutions, can you at least be discreet about it? The service request: transfer sim card and contact information between one mobile device to another. T-Mobile 613 - Middletown Warwick Rd, Middletown, DE 19709.

Amazing experience. I don't know their names, but we got there about an hour before closing, and while I felt bad about the process taking so long and going past closing, they were making sure we left with everything we needed and wanted and making sure we were satisfied. Their patience, knowledge, and friendliness was beyond expectation, and I must say we are extremely happy customers thanks to them. I highly recommend.

What a breeze activating 2 new phones at Middletown T-Mobile was in comparison to another provider! Saralyn was a huge help and made the process super simple! Highly recommend!

I just bought a new phone at T Mobile, AB helped us. He went above and beyond to make sure we had NO problems. What a GREAT employee and person. All of the people are great and helpful , AB does a great job teaching his people how to treat customers. Thank you AB

Came in to transfer my service to them and get a new phone. First they told me I didn’t have to put down a down payment. So, I told them never mind keep me with sprint and I’ll transfer over when I get my credit up that way I can still get the promotion at that time. Then the manager end up lowering the down payment for me. I pay for the phone, transfer all my information to the new phone, damn near about to walk out the door. Then the lady says to me she can no longer sell me the phone because the phone I was trading in had a tiny little crack in the left corner of my phone. I walked out of there we no new phone and can’t even get a promotion anymore because I’m already a T-Mobile member. I was in there for 3 hours for nothing! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

T-mobile in Middletown DE is horrible. we made an appointment at 1:30pm. sat for an hour while one woman worked in the store and 2 employees sat in the back room. after waiting for an hour one employee FINALLY came out to us and was not helpful at all. she didnt seem like she wanted to do her job. she offered no options and looked as if we were disturbing her lounging in the back room. Smyrna T-mobile and Eklton, MD T-mobile were so much more helpful.
