Stay away from these wolves. I rented the truck twice. both time charged me twice at the credit card. I drove the truck 25 miles , actual amount 61$. They billed be 119 miles. I went to location multiple times to resolve the issue, attendant told me manager is not here, will call back next day. no one call. Again promised to call back Tuesday. no one bother to call at all. Fraudulent people managing this UHUAL location and hurting UHaul repute and status as well.

I've used this company 4-5 time in the past 3 months and they have been, without question, the best experience I have had renting anything...not just U-Haul. They are honest, patient, and friendly people who communicate well and keep their vehicles very clean and dependable. I will recommend them to anyone within a 50 mile radius that has plans to rent a moving truck. They are unequivocally the best U-haul renters in Delaware!

This is the best uhaul place I have ever seen my crew and i where in a very tight spot and he made sure we got what we needed....long story short we didn't have enough cash on us to pay for the truck and the deposit on it and my card was locked up from running it so many times in a different state not only did he make it affordable for me but then gave me 20 for gas to put in the truck very kind hearted man. He went way beyond what I call customer service. If it wasn't for him I don't know what I would have done. I highly recommend this company over all other's in DE once again thank you sir!!!
