Read the reviews - there is a reason this store has so many negative reviews. DO NOT USE THIS STORE. I used them to forward an Ebay item and they held the item for almost 3 weeks. I thought they lost it. Just got the run around as to why it wasn't shipped. Then it got shipped and didn't arrive next day as I paid for. Was overcharged on the original shipment and then was supposed to get a refund that never came. Take your business elsewhere as they do not care about their customers - evidenced by bad reviews. There is a reason these review exist - use them and go elsewhere!!!

I filed a complaint with Amazon. They should pull the contract from this store
I drive to the store in Bear DE. I know this sound crazy but the guys there are wonderful, and they don't charge for every lil thing.
The manager at the Middletown store is Horrible, and he trains the staff to be that way. I hope they are getting a bonus or some sort of reward for their attitude.
If no one uses the location then it will shut down. I wonder if he thinks about this factor 🤔. All we can do is 🙏 for people. The Almighty can handle them better than we can..Karma

I recently visited your store and noticed long lines for package returns. There was also only one computer available for printing, which caused delays. It made the experience slow and frustrating. After waiting for 15 minutes. UPS employee said it will take another 15-20 Minutes to print documents. Should add more resources and self help computers for this simple jobs.

Terrible Experience - Overpriced and Unreasonable Fees
I went to The UPS Store recently and was completely shocked by their ridiculous pricing. They charged $5.50 just for a simple printout and $2.50 to tape a box! These prices are beyond unreasonable. It feels like they’re trying to take advantage of their customers. It’s like charging $100 for a gallon of milk or $75 for a loaf of bread—just absurd! I hope the store owner reconsiders these crazy prices because I won’t be coming back. Total rip-off.
Update : store owner does not care about the customer satisfaction. All he did is, copy the standard response from chat gpt. His original response was the below attached screen print. He edited the original comment to make it look nice tk the public. Now I understand, rude behavior is coming from management.
