I cannot say enough about the quality customer service of this store. They go above and beyond to assist, always willing to answer the phones, and, most importantly, they are kind . A special shout out to Tom, your compassion and care for your customers is so greatly appreciated. What could have been a real emergency on our end was averted because of Tom and his outstanding character. 10/10 would recommend.

This is the worse UPS store I’ve ever dealt with. Terrible attitude from owner and employees, they charge $2 to put a strip of tape to close a box, really wish there was a different UPS store in Middletown. Only come here when Amazon doesn’t give me the option to go somewhere else.

Every single time I go in for something, there is an issue. The store is a disaster, there are no prices posted and most the staff isn’t friendly.I needed a label printed, which they can do. After 10 minutes for them to print my label and ring me up, I was told it was $5.50 to print ONE black and white UPS label. I told the young kid that he should have informed me of the price because that’s ridiculous his response was “i just did” he was incredibly rude and was throwing and banging everything.I am aware that I DID NOT ASK the cost, and that is completely on me, but I never expected a $5.00 COMPUTER FEE in addition to the .50 print feeThe lady that rung me up was very apologetic for the cost and offered to give me my package back so I can go somewhere else to print the label.

They are horrible. I put 1 star so i could be informative. I would put 0 stars if I could. I asked for 2 black and white printouts and they asked for $6. I could get 500 business cards for $9. I wanted to get certified mail and they wanted to push they product and I said i wanted certified mail. So they gave me a price including an envelope for 2 license plates for $22 a piece. I was sending 2 separate packages. I went to the post office right down the same parking lot and paid 17.55 for everything including the envelopes. I would seriously think of being more fair to your customers.(A few months later during COVID 19 period) Last week i needed a desperate print out. Went to the printer and i was advised i need to pay $5 just to spend another $1 per printout. 2 pages would cost $7. Ripoff!!!!!!! Don't support this place. Petition the ownership to change so the employees could treat the neighborhood customers like they actually care Thumbs down!12/2023Still terrible. If you need to take a package that has value and needs a signature, they don't do it. Why own a company representing a global company and only do half the work. LOUSY, LOUSY!!!!!

This is crazyest place I ever seen tried to charge $1,500 when I already got a estimate for $97.00 at usps... We told them this they said never go to usps aways come here!! Did I mention rude you mean to tell me ups store want $1500.00 when shipping is $97.00 at usps ?? That a federal violation….rude service is not acceptable! And I’ve witness being rude to black folks at this store and nasty rude employee! Your feedback shows this store is out of wack !!!

With all the Amazon returns going to UPS, the line is always crazy, at least the times I've been. However, the customer service is usually great. I'm not a fan of and definitely not happy of having to pay $2 to tape the top of a box that I didn't realize I had to do. I brought the box with the product in it like Amazon said but the top needed to be taped. I didn't realize it had to be taped. And because there's a $5 credit card limit and I had no cash, I had to buy a roll of tape for $7 for like a 4-in piece of tape. That's kind of greedy if you ask me. Other UPS stores I've gone to, have just taped it for you. I can see if the whole box needed to be taped or it was going to be a lot, but literally a 4-in piece, that's ridiculous.

Went to return an Amazon item that was shipped to me. I didn’t even open the box so I checked no package needed since I never opened it. Tried returning it how it arrived to me. He charged me $2 to tape one side of the box. Oh and then told me to use lab corp’s wifi to get on internet. Not sure what financial benefit they receive from Amazon but my advice use kohls instead.

'0' star is what I wanted to give. Very poor service. No courtesy at all. Very rude staff. I will never visit this store again. I was there before 7pm and they didn't allow me. And for just one 2 inch tape they asked 2$. this is horrible experience.

The workers are rude and lack kindness. They watched me struggle as I walked in with my 4 year old in one hand and balance 3 packages in the other. The entire store was empty aside from the workers standing there doing nothing. Once at the desk they informed me that they wanted to charge me 2.99 for tape (package was in one of those interlocking brown boxes so it was tightly shut) and 7.99 for another because it needed a box that was “suitable for UPS.” This place is a rip off. I’ll go elsewhere next time. Also IN PARTICULAR JAMES who was the rudest of all, needs to be spoken to about being a human and having decency.
