Employee denied my daughter a return, claiming a box and label was needed. Email sent in regards to the item states no box or printing label is necessary. Poor customer service.

Great staff...clean store. Staff always friendly. Cashier (Karen G) very helpful! Make up is kind of expensive but they offer military discount which helps a lot and there are often sales.
