Pharmacy service via phone is nearly nonexistent. Spent OVER AN HOUR waiting for a pharma tech to find out if they a drug in stock. System kept telling me for an hour there is one person ahead of me. It just sounds like they are understaffed and i sympathize with the pharmacy staff!

Pharmacy listed hours say they close at 6. I go after I get off at work today (so 5 pm and it's 2/1/2024 if by any chance someone from management sees this) and for whatever reason the pharmacy is closed. That's cool, it's not like my medication is necessary or anything. Way to completely screw over your customers.I work M-F like most people but the pharmacy isn't even open on the weekends. How inconvenient. I'll send my prescriptions somewhere else from now on.

My daughter needed an antibiotic filled from her dentist. Her appointment was at 9:30 am.At 11:35 am my husband went to go pickup the prescription. He waited in a very long line only to be told the dentist didn't call it in. While at the appointment, my husband watched the dentist call it in. He called the dentist and they said it was sent and to tell the pharmacy to check their messages.He waited in another long line. Again he was told they didn't have it. He told them to check their messages. The lady at the counter told him the messages were empty. He told her to check again and surprise, surprise, they had it. It had been sent over at 9:36 am.He texted me this whole story at 11:52 am.It's now 12:09 pm and he's waiting in line for the third time for them to fill it. He's going to be really angry if they go to lunch and don't fill it first.We left Rite Aid 15+ year ago and started using Walgreens. It used to be our favorite pharmacy. Now it's a last resort for us.

Prescriptions are always delayed. Hours are terrible They close at six and don’t open till 9:30. Good luck to you if you are prescribed a prescription on a Friday afternoon since they are closed on the weekend.

Awful personnel, awful service, rude, take it or leave it attitude. Their excuse is we are shorthanded. They hide behind this flimsy excuse to work at snail speed. Every time you go, there are new faces. No one stays after encountering their "charming" supervisor. She sets the tone. She is equal opportunity hostile and rude to her staff and customers in equal measure. I have a prescription from a visit to the ER yesterday. They are "still working on it." CVS on Middletown Odessa was just as bad, but lately they have improved. Try switching over to CVS. For some it might be a longer drive, but you get your prescriptions filled quickly and the service counter had improved.

The worst pharmacy ever. They are unprofessional and rudes. The prescription never ready even you call before. They don’t know how to manage the things. I transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Stay away from that Walgreens

Don't bother showing up after 4:00. They DO NOT have a prescription drop off and they were super rude telling me I had to wait in line to drop it off. That line stretched all the way to the front of the store. So it's an hour wait just to drop off two scripts? They need a drop off slot.

Rude customer service. The hours are the worst. They are closed for lunch, closed on weekends and they close at 6pm during the week so how can anyone with a day job pick up prescriptions? The worst location I’ve ever been to.

Call received stating I had one or more prescription ready. I called to find out what was ready since I live far away. Didn't want to drive there for one that was not totally necessary. My call said there were 2 people ahead of me. "We're Sorry our staff is answering other calls. Please hold we'll be with you shortly." Response lasted 54 minutes and I had to hang up. Poor staffing!

Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. When I call I wait for a very long time and if they do pick up, often times I'm hung up on. My meds are never ready when I get there and I give them sometimes days to fill it. The staff is completely oblivious. I'll be moving to a rite aid or some other pharmacy.

pharmacy is super rude and inconsiderate, especially the girl with the koolaid dipped hair. asked what i needed a medication for as if i had to justify me wanting to wait for it to be filled

Don’t use this pharmacy. They are horrible always short staffed. I was standing behind a car at 5:50 they close at 6. They just put up the close sign. I called the pharmacist and he was super rude and just kept saying we are short staffed. I will be moving pharmacies for sure. Go somewhere else.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude, took way over an hour to receive my 9 month old son’s medicine, the pharmacy staff have poor attitudes and could care less, even the manager in the pharmacy has a huge attitude problem, if your able to find a different pharmacy do so!

8/18… attempting to pick-up prescriptions. Pharmacy is closed.. not open again until 0930 am Monday. The pharmacist. Was pulled but they worked through lunch.
