This store has gone down hill the past year, it's one issue after another with the pharmacy. Today I go in the store for the pharmacy and it is supposed to open at 9:30am , to me when something says open at that means you are fully open and ready to assist customers at that time, instead at 9:30am I'm standing in a line of 9 customers waiting on the pharmacy employees to put the registers up and turn on the computers. The manager on looked out and said sorry for the wait we are waiting for the computer to turn on. ( again open means ready to assist not at 9:30 let's turn on the register and make everything wait another 20mins for then to turn on ) I can hear one employee helping customers in the drive-thru, she helped 3 customer before then walking up to help all the people standing in the store. Then when they finally get the computer to work, after standing in line for 20min it's now 9:48am the rep tells me that they cant find anything for my daughter at all , i hand her the paperwork and said the DR called it on on Thursday Oct 12th and its now Tuesday Oct 17th then she said hold on let me look in her file and wow there it is then she says we are waiting on a prior authorization, how are you waiting on something you couldn't even fine a few minutes ago, and said we will send another prior authorization again right now. Then I said I also need my husband medication the same rep said yea i see it but its not ready yet, I ask why not the DR called it in yesterday at 2:30pm the rep said yea i see that but we just haven't gotten to it yet do you want to wait after already waiting 20 mins for them to get their stuff together to even help me then asked if i wanted to wait longer, no I cant wait im already going to be late for work because i had to wait 20min already, then i called my daughter DR to see if they got the prior authorization and nope nothing at all , again i have to call the pharmacy to find out why they haven't sent it over and another excuse. Its bad enough that these new hrs dont help people who work everyday 9:30am to 6pm and closed from 1:30-2pm for lunch and closed sat and Sunday like how they expect people who work to get their medication, and today isn't the 1st 2nd 3rd or 5th time ive had issues with this pharmacy, its like you have to call them to say my DR called in my medication can you fill it and then call back to make sure they do because if you leave it up to them it won't get filled until you come into pick it up then they want you to wait for them to do their jobs, look my daughter DR called in her medication on Thursday here it is Tue of the next week and they just now filling it because I came in to pick it up . This store is trash and i will be looking for a new store and not saying i different Walgreens a total different store all together.

If I could deduct the stars, I would always deduct them all. It's too bullying. My cousin gave me a gift and kept the package there. I went to pick it up today and said that even if the address is the same and the name is different, I won't be allowed to take the package. This is for what reason?

I've been to many Walgreens across the country. I come to this Walgreens once in a while, the staff are fine. Something happened earlier, it was unsettling. I am an essential worker, my work is in the healthcare division where I provide services to families in need. I was hoping I'd find hand sanitizer, since the website stated there was 10+ in stock. I went in the morning, wore gloves and kept my distance from people, about 10 adults present and one child. When I asked the staff if they had hand sanitizer, no reply was given, meaning there was likely none as the website has stated. A customer, a white elderly man, decided to make a snarky response of "well, you wouldn't need hand sanitizer if you stayed at home." I told him firmly "I have to work next week, thank you." So, he started saying the same thing to another man, and then when he saw me again he said it again, and said it to another employee. I really wished the employees of Walgreens would have said something to him. Why do you allow your patrons to harass other shoppers? I did not NOT FEEL SAFE in an environment where a man can blatantly be xenophobic and make jokes like that. I am a young woman trying to do my job during this stressful time. I work in a social services field risking my health, and to be treated like this because I am not white, because there is a pandemic going on, and because I need hand sanitizer to make sure I am safe with my clients. I cannot believe this customer. You would think he'd know better. I stopped searching after being distressed and frustrated by the man's constant glare and snarky "Well stay home, you wouldn't need it!" This is unacceptable and Walgreens should teach its employees to not tolerate this type of behavior, especially when it comes to what is currently going on in the world.

Love this Walgreens. Staff is always friendly, they have a great rewards program, and great hours. Only reason I give it four and not five is because I wish they carried bread.- even a small shelf would suffice. They carry other food items including milk at a great price and it would save having to go into ACME.
