Such slow and unprofessional associates. How long does it take for you to get prescriptions ready?? It’s been weeks already! This place is very time consuming. I will have to switch to another place.

Never again. They didn't have my Rx in stock. I asked if they had another brand in stock. Pharmacist told me they would have to ask my Dr if it was ok to switch. A month later I call back and they still don't have my Rx stocked but turns out they actually can give me another brand right now. Made me wait a month for no reason ? also, the Pharmacist is completely uninformed about drug interactions with breastfeeding.

They don't touch the Doctor call-in new prescription until you arrive in person. Even after 24 hours. So your choice is to hang out for up to an hour, or come back. During the Pandemic exposure is a real concern. I shouldn't have to come back or wait for my scripts.

Love me some Walmart customer service. Every single time ... if you look closely at the white board, it says, "minimum wait time 1 hour" ... they weren't kidding.

Filled a prescription the previous night for my daughter and after reading the papers late that night, the side effects were horrible and upsetting. I had called the pharmacist the next day and had asked if it was possible to return the prescription for a refund. I told him that a very bad and sometimes deadly reaction has happened with this drug, and that I would not give this to my daughter. Well, he GAVE ME A LECTURE and INVADED MY PRIVACY when he brought up all the other times (dates and name of prescriptions) I had other prescriptions filled and that they were not life threatening to even purchase. He told me that he would not even give these to his wife and children. He would not stop rattling on, he was a HOT HEAD! I had to hang up on him. This is NOT PROFESSIONAL!

Middletown Walmart Pharmacy.... NEVER EVER AGAIN! Yesterday, my doctor sent over 2 prescriptions for me to the Walmart Pharmacy. My toddler and I headed over and walked around the store for an hour, and the prescription still was not filled (even though they were aware I was there for pick up). Well every 20 or so minutes, I would head back and they would say "just 15 more minutes"... turned into walking around for almost TWO hours. I finally get my prescription, and they tell me "Oh sorry, we don't have one of them. We will have it ready tomorrow morning". As if they could not have told me that entire time that one of them was not available, I would have had the entire order transferred over to RiteAid. So fast forward to this morning. My son's doctor e-scribed an RX for him over to the walmart at 830am. We pull up to the drive-thru pharmacy at 11 am. 1) They don't have my other medication. Once again, they told me to come back tomorrow 2) They said they did not have my son's prescription request. I called the doctor's office, who said that they received confirmation back from Walmart that the prescription was successfully received. The pharmacist's answer? "Oh well, yea sometimes that happens but there's nothing I can do about it. Have them send it over again and it'll be ready in an hour". Needless to say, I transferred both prescriptions over to RiteAid.
