my sister paid a family friend to put a fence in her backyard on 31 March. She paid him with a check that day for $6000. He went and deposit the check in his Wells Fargo account. They told him the funds would be available on 4/4. He had several workers helping him so they needed to be paid also out of this money ... he gave them a check and told him they could cash it on 4/4... Of course, one of the men tried to cash their class on 4/4 and they were declined.he called to see why there was a hold on it. He contacted my sister and let her know what was going on. She then called her bank while I was in the car with her. I heard that the check cleared for too so Wells Fargo did get the money. My sister took a copy of the clear check to Wells Fargo at first they tried to give her some bullshit about summer check in the past my sister would never, and has never wrote a bad check in her life. They wanted to hold them funds for another five days. But after my sister proved to the bank manager, they push one button in the hold was off. That is some sneaky bullshit, I don't trust this o if bank whatsoever !!! well the gentleman who had the account has decided to close his account at Wells Fargo. They are just not trustworthy.

Got helped by Maria, while I was getting helpe, every question Maria and I had, Jonna Gunther-Williams was able to answer immediately. I love to see knowledgeable workers who actually care about their jobs. I noticed allot of bad reviews were older. I think the people there now are great.

Spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with their automated system. Simple interest question but could not speak to a human. Will not be opening an account for my son here because of the poor customer service.

A very disappointing experience. A lack of basic customer service. Banker failed to follow through on commitments. Required multiple trips to the branch, hours of time spent, with no progress made. The rest of the team also failed to remediate the issues. An absolute waste of time and energy.

Absolutely unacceptable that you only offer appointments to speak to a banker but then don't offer appointments. And you can't even answer the phone. How do you expect people to bank with you if you literally make it impossible? Some things are just not possible from the drive-thru.

I can see from varies customers review this Bank Customer service is not good at All..In addition Wellsfargo complaint specialist Corporate department is even worst!I withdrawal 1,000 from one of my saving account and then 3 days later I notice I was missing an additional 1,000I immediately called the Middletown Delaware Branch!The worst treatment from Management, I was treated as if it was my mistake by the Manager I was very upset on my Vacation causing me severe stress when I needed MY MONEY that I felt was secure in my account at Wellfargo.The manager was very rude not compassionate. Moreso saying I had to withdraw another 1,000. out of my account the same day.No sir I did not, .then he hit me with my account must be investigated and it can take up to 10 days it's Wellsfargo policy,I know with confident they made a mistake I even argued that I have 16,000 in my account and been banking with Wellsfargo/Wachovia for over 20 years,The nerve of Wellsfargo at the present time I had 6 accounts with them, , Mortgage, Car Finance, Checking, 2 Savings, Visa Credit Card and a Business accountAfter 40 minutes of bleeding with the Manager to check that particular date Bank log,, ..saying that Brad the tellers drawer had to be over that date, he finally put me on hold to check on hold 20 minutesThe manager came back to the phone" Oh we found the mistake the teller withdrew 1000 from your account and placed it in another customers account...?What and How? NO APOLOGY he Act as if it was Ok, why because he can hear in my voice I'm a minority this was and still is my opinion!Of course the manager now states he can reverse my1, 000 back after he lied and said he could not or didn't have the authority to do so.I was extremely frustrated feeling insulted hours of lost time on myCorporate was even worstDon't waste your time with them 3times they called me FOR WHAT, 30 days, I must say tbe first specialist Cleary felt that I should have been accommodated but when she requested my accommodation I assume her Supervisor I was denied and they stated it was nothing they could do, all the money this banks make over over draft fee, Bank fees and high intrest rate in all there offersThe teller stills works at this Location in Middletown Delaware (Brad), when he notice me in tbe drive thru he gets another teller to assist me...BEWARE OF YOUR FUNDS...

I’m not sure of the lady’s name I spoke with over the phone at this particular branch but she was incompetent to say the least. Her ability to listen , comprehend and communicate is flat out pathetic. The fact that individuals like her are the front line of a bank is a bit concerning and makes me question a lot of things about Wells Fargo. All I wanted to know was IF I could make an appointment to come in today to get a temporary card. Why was that so difficult?

You have to call to make an appointment to get inside to do a cash advance or look into your safety deposit box that's ridiculous other banks are open

I simply cannot understand why officers of Wells Fargo branches are apparently so poorly trained. I went to one branch and was told I had certain right and benefits to business accounts I own, and then in another branch I'm told something entirely different. As a result, I have to spend hours making appointments, dealing with surly branch managers, being placed on an endless "hold", and so on. I'll take my millions in sales every year...elsewhere.
