We Stand For Service? Oh, the irony. In the digital & post COVID era, how can you require customers to come in person for service? And then not return calls to schedule a appointment. Where is the close my account button?

Am a long -standing customer with a simple question. Called two days ago and had to leave message. Gave name and phone number twice. Nothing! Called again two days later, same thing, NOTHING! They "stand for service"? Not true at all. Avoid them if possible

ATM got jammed when depositing 600$ and it took a week for them to deposit my money and gave me the worst customer service possible. Not a single apology and not even a phone call for an update or to let me know they finally were able to find and deposit my money. Worst branch out there.

Have used this bank for over 2 years. Best bank I have ever used. People on here complaining about how long atm transactions take. U want things right then and there and that you have to wait till 7 am to get your direct deposited is crazy. A few hours u have to wait. Are you kidding me. For a bank that doesn't charge you for hardly anything I would think you be happy that they aren't taking your money like other Banks. I truly am very happy with was as a whole. I do not do much othere then depositing and withdrawing but never a problem.

I encountered a not so skilled Customer Service Rep on the phone and I sent an email to the Customer Service Dept. I have been very pleasantly surprised by the response. I was actually surprised that I got responses at all - so the fact that 2 people called to let me know how sorry they were for the experience and that the person was getting some retraining makes me feel very good about banking there. No business is perfect - and no person is perfect - but the fact that they take the time to try to make things better means they are a company that actually cares. Kudos to WSFS - I hope to bank there for many years to come!

It was one thing for a check to take a few days to clear in my account. But to deposit cash into the ATM and have to wait 2 business days to use MY MONEY is absolutely ridiculous. It is bad enough that my direct deposit checks aren't available at midnight like other banks. I have to wait until almost 7 for it to be available. What's the point of being able to put cash in the ATM at anytime if it isn't available right away? I am beyond frustrated! This actually makes me want to change banks. Slowest bank ever!
