If I could give zero stars I would. Beware of this sketchy company. Called on Friday to book a storage unit for a couple of months while we transition into a new home. Paid over the phone and was given an access code to get into the gate. I even verified the access code several times before the call was completed. Saturday was moving day. Loaded up the moving truck and headed to the storage unit. Punched in the access code I was given and it came back as access denied. Tried several different codes incase it was mistakenly entered in wrong on their end to no success. With it being Labor Day weekend and our moving date I had no choice to go elsewhere to store our things. I called this morning to see if I was able to get a refund and the owner who doesn't even have the slightest bit of professionalism was arguing with me stating I never punched in the correct code, which in fact I did. He said I called him a liar and his "computer doesn't lie". Used foul language and told me if I wasn't such a "b***h*" he'd consider giving me a refund but because I called him a liar he isn't doing "s**t" for me. Called my bank to dispute the amount.
Thankfully I have a great bank and they have already refunded my money back into my account. Buyers beware! Never in my life have I ever been treated with such disrespect as a customer. Poor professionalism and this place definitely doesn't deserve business from anyone!
