I shopped at AT&T today for new phones. We went to the store in Milford, Delaware. Everything about the experience was outstanding! The employee that helped us represented AT&T well! We will be coming back again!

Best word I can give is run from this place! Nothing but a bunch of scammers! Monthly bill is supposed to be about $160.00, received my first month bill it was $407.00, I was told the company accidentally charged me twice so I would not have a bill for January. Hmmm okay got a bill for January and it wasn't for $160.00 but $303.00. After sitting in the store for well over an hour the manager informed us that the district manager would be in the next day and they would work on getting everything corrected and I would get a call. To no surprise I never received a call so I called multiple times and they did not pick up the phone. The sales rep that sold me my phones gave me his personal number even tried calling and texting him and nothing. So at this point I'm out of well over $1000.00 in between the phones I traded and bogust charges. I bought out my phones and went to another carrier.i don't have the money or patience to deal with a company that is not honest and doesn't stand behind thier products or word

Unfortunately my daughter lost her SIM card and needed a new one. We were visiting Delaware on vacation and this location was the closest to us. I Tried to stop in this store this morning 9/3/23 and as of 11:38 there is nobody here to open the store. Over an hour of time wasted from my family due to employees not showing up.
