I would like to do business with a bank that I could actually speak to a real person. I have been on hold for Over 20 minutes nowThe phone number to all Branch offices are the same phone number this is ridiculous.

Never had any bad experiences here banking but from an auto loan standpoint that nearly completely botched the deal to where it took management to get involved. Very unprofessional and unresponsive

Did not take out automatic payment they have been taking out for a year then threatened our credit rating not happy with this Bank.

Very poor customer service via the phone. After almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer I hung up. If I could I would give negative stars. Think I'm gonna look for another financial institution that will actually answer a phone.

How come it takes so just to ask a simple question? I called and it’s nearly impossible to talk to someone. Wait times are ridiculous. If you use the option to apply for a loan you get someone right away and they’ll transfer you to someone you can talk to. My other Credit Union answers right away. And the people in the branches aren’t busy. Lots of socializing going on between tellers with no customers waiting. I just gave up after 20+ minutes listening to that nauseating music..

In person encounters are great. however, I can't ever get someone on the phone. I called 3 times and each time i was on hold for 10 minutes.

The people here are phenomenal, I have always had a great experience with the Milford Branch. Whether it's having a debit card printed out, opening a new account, or needing assistance with my account(s). Staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and ready to help you out.I love Dover Federal Credit Union, I've been a member for over a year, and I could not be happier when it comes to banking here.

Don't waste your time emailing or messaging these ppl they will not respond to you. It's a joke. These banks need new management. They are steady getting worse by the year. I do not recommend this bank. I'm actually looking to go to another bank

Horrible bank. They turn the smallest tasks into an absolute nightmare. The Milford branch, in particular, is a joke. As soon as my auto loan is paid off, I will happily be closing my accounts and going elsewhere.

Recently got great APR on used car but when trying to get thru to customer service, it was impossible...Also, the customer service rep was abysmal and would not assist setting up payment plan even though I informed her I wasn't computer savvy and my computer was infected w/virus and difficult to use...t I"ve always used credit unions, but this one is "user unfriendly"

Having been a customer for almost 20 years with decent deposit history, I feel like the Milford branch has lost its grasp on customer service. Not the friendly staff I was used to seeing when Barbara worked there, everyone is unfriendly and cold. Being I live 2 minutes from there I've went there through covid with no appointment and was told it was no problem. Went this week and was told no appointment no service. I don't understand how I can go to work without the plexiglass shield that credit union employees have and I'm still able to serve many people all day. Place was empty. If I didn't have autopay on my bills I'd withdraw all my funds and go to Delaware federal credit union.
