Had a great experience and the shop owner is very personable. They were willing to help us with 2 repairs and also assisted me with a watch purchase on a whim. I couldn't recommend E.K.A any higher. I would make this a first choice if you need jewelry or repair work done.

Robert did an excellent job down sizing my gold engagement ring. He executed the job even quicker than he quoted. I picked up the ring and was overjoyed. The ring is seamless and sparkling like new.
