“Giving a review on a product is easy...it is good or not. This product was great! I bought my grandson a personalized bank, decorated perfectly with car and vehicles and his name. I love it. He will love it.
BUT...what I really want to rate My Bambino on is their customer service! Outstanding! There was the smallest defect on this bank, and I reached out to see what could be done.
I received prompt replies, apologies for the error and a new product was shipped very quickly.
I no longer expect great customer service, so finding My Bambino and their attention to their customers...well, I'll look no further!
Thank you!”
“I bought a few beautiful large pieces from Diane, and she was so helpful and flexible helping me choose. She walked me thru every color and style. I walked in when she was closing and she had no problem staying and showing me around. The store is a feast for the eyes! You must see the cool new ball jar lights and the battery operated flicker candles. I can not wait to go back!”
