“The Planet Fitness here in Milford is big and bright. There is a large open area full of treadmills, rowing machines, bicycles, stairclimbers etc. There is plenty of free weights, Circut training room, PF 360 Room, Tanning and Massage chairs etc. The staff is polite and super friendly.”

My overall health and mindset has forever changed. Coach Brett was very encouraging when I was new, taking time to demonstrate and coach me through each movement. He helps you to feel empowered to try something new and has great tips to meet you where you are. I have developed strength, confidence and made friendships. I cannot recommend this specific gym enough. Be brave and come try a class, the 4:45am is where it's at. ❤️”
