Went in later in the evening to look for a new mattress, Dorothy greated us at the door an was so kind an helped us out so much finding a bed to suit both me an my husband needs didn't even know that they have a new technology out called bed match to help find the perfect mattress depending on your bodies actual needs!! Most times I have dreaded mattress shopping but the experience here was wonderful both Dorothy an Sam were great at providing excellent customer service thank you lady's both for all your assistance!

On Saturday November 30th 2024 I visited the Mattress Warehouse in Milford Delaware and had one of the best experiences ever. Ms. Dorothy Lamb went above and beyond to help me with my concerns and desires. I would definitely recommend seeing her if you need help with anything. 5 stars.

Sam, like Green Eggs and Ham, was super easy to work with and listened to what I wanted. I was out the door in 20 minutes with a great mattress. She got me a deal too!

Bought a 'feather' pillow that turned out to be 100% polyester. Salesperson was convincing, but I guess honesty wasn't part of the deal. If you like playing 'guess the material,' this place is perfect for you!
And no returns.

Walked in to mattress warehouse today with not much of an expectation just kinda window shopping, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by two girls I believe their names are oceanna and Samantha, the vibes walking in were very reassuring that they knew what they were talking about! Oceanna walked me around asking me questions about what would be a great fit for my self I was very impressed with the knowledge of different materials and techniques with these mattresses. I’m excited to say that I’ll definitely be back to this location thank you oceanna for showing me around and being so positive!
