Don’t bank with M&T they will cancel your card with out your permission if you have sums of money in it and attempt to withdrawal it from the ATM…. No protection for the customer just them, will be posting all interaction with M&T so people can see how they treat their customers.

Fairly unhelpful associates, called and spoke with someone to help transfer money from one account to another and was told I have to come into the location despite having done this over the phone multiple times previously, no elaboration was given and over all very poor bedside manners from someone in a “service” industry ??♂️

Everyone had been helpful at this location. While I did have an issue at the atm when it took my card I was able to get it back the a same day. It did take a while of me sitting in the parking lot through.

Check didn't hit my account due to a "system error" the only solution I was given was to check again later. Pretty sad when the bank can't do the one thing it's supposed to. Don't trust M&T. Don't bank here.

Is this bank still in business? They never answer their phones. When you call, you get a message stating that their call volume is high and to call back later. If you send a secure message, you may get a response within 3 days. I'm afraid to keep my account open at this bank so I'm closing it.
