I absolutely love all the coaches at this fantastic fitness and nutrition club! They have helped me in keeping my healthy journey going by providing me with all my fitness needs and goals I'm looking to achieve! Robbie Vogl, Renada L'Italien, Evan Rice, and Jaye Santamaria along with the newly added coaches of Nikia Marie Kateri Shaffer and Elisa Prouse, will keep you well on your way to a healthier way of life, just as they've done for me! I don't know where I would be without their guidance and support for me staying on my healthy journey! Thank you all for everything you've done for me and continue to do for me and all that step into your club! You change lives, you've changed mine for sure!

Great Fitness Club! Robbie, Renada, and Evan are amazing! I have been able to work with them to improve my nutrition and have hired Renada as my trainer. With her help, I am now able to lift above my head, move easier in vehicles, and have doubled my range in motion. I have also been able to cancel going to PT and the chiropractor as she works with me weekly and teaches me what I can do at home.

Deciding to invest in me gave me my life back. I decided 2019 was my year and started searching for a trainer that would get me, at 45! After all 20 lbs of baby weight, the kid is 19! Best decision in my life! Robbie isn't just my trainer to help lose weight, build muscle. He is invested in teaching me to be a better me! During training, he pushes me to give 110%. He is supportive, explains every exercise and technique, he is a combination of the grim reaper, my therapist, and my biggest cheerleader. He pushes me to be a Pheonix to my old ways and to rise emotional, physically, and mentally stronger.Which explains why they named it Phoenix fitness. That place pushes anyone who enters to push through excuses and embrace who they could be if they commit. Plus the best perk is once you walk in, the team treats you like family! I have worked with 4 of the team and each has their unique specialty and they lean into each other to give their clients everything! Renada is my boyfriend's trainer, since starting with her he has been able to stop pt and chiropractor visits. He has more mobility and more energy. So when we wanted to learn how to stretch properly, Renada took time to sit and teach us stretches that will help him and not aggravate old injuries. She also showed him how she and Robbie stretch so he can help me. She is a huge supporter of NEDA and will do everything she can to teach others about healthy weight and living in your own body, no one is built the same so her mission is to help others create a picture in the mirror they can love. Then you have Evan, he might be my second best supporter! He has taught several classes and he can create a workout for any age or health concerns. I have watched him change his workout to fit 3 different groups and still give every person 100%. He isn't my trainer but he is family and is vested in helping everyone achieve the best in themselves! Plus his crazy accents and voices can make you smile through the struggles.Overall, hiring a personal trainer at Phoenix fitness was the best choice I have ever made! I am now a part of the Phoenix family!
