The front end store associate at one location is welcoming and knowledgeable. However, the automatic refill system does not work and is considered useless; texts saying prescriptions are ready are sent, but they are often not ready when a customer arrives. While the store itself is rated highly, the survey process is criticized. Some customers plan to switch to mail-order prescriptions.

My self I have had many and experiences, when you call you wait forever, then they answer to put you on hold again for another 20-30 more minutes.

I HAVE NO OTHER THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THE STORE OTHER THAN WHAT I ALREADY ANSWERED. THIS SURVEY IS SO RIDICULOUSLY LONG, I QUIT ANSWERING THE LAST SET OF QUESTIONS. SO THE STORE IS A 4.5 BUT THIS SURVEY IS A 1.
