Employee was on the phone the entire time I was in there. To make it worse it was on speaker. I couldn't hear the TV over the lady as she was practically yelling at the phone. Costumers walk in and she would help them never getting off the phone or pausing her conversation. Very rude in my opinion.

First time going to a laundromat. I remember the rough ones from the 1980s and 1990s that were normally in bad areas. Our washing machine broke and as we were waiting for the part to arrive we needed to wash some loads of clothes. This place is located in a nice shopping center in Milford, near Harbor Freight and Aldi. The place is clean and bright. Machines are priced pretty decent. Customer service was very good, and the employee was very friendly and helpful. They have multiple flat screens on the wall so you can watch TV as you wait. You can also buy products there if needed, and they offer other cleaning services. The only downside was that several machines were out of order which makes it hard if you have multiple loads and if there a lot of customers.

Going in the first time I asked if they do quarters the attendant took the ten dollars from my hand put it in the machine then said card only person with me tried to cancel it. The lady they wouldn’t refund it. So I am stuck with a 10.00 card. As she was on the phone with owner she said she was sorry for taking the money from my hand. Owner still will not refund money.
Of course no reciepts are given from the machine.
The next day the person who was with me was able to get in touch with the owner; who offered to return my 10.00; but not the travel time or gas money. If I take this review down.
Sadly this all could have been avoided if wasn’t forcefully separated from my money and my question was just answered🤷🏻♀️.
Please be aware of walking in this place it’s a card only and rather expensive.
If you’re in town for a day or two don’t bother.
Dearest owner I will not take this down; you’re lucky I was stopped from reporting you to the BBB. Happy Holidays

Phinally a great place to wash you stuff after a weekend at the old racecourse. This no frills laundry has 4 small 8 large 3 xl and 2 XXL washers. There is only a small isle between the washers and dryers.
1xl dryer, large dryers and 16 regular size dryers. A slightly larger place with a place to sit while your stuff is being done would be the only improvement.
It was hoping on Monday morning at 11 am. There were 2 of the large dryers out of service. The staff was kind. What every you do take care of your shoes.

The attendant on Tues is an absolute doll.Its very clean and the washers work wonderful and smell good not musty like others and the and I'm saving money the others are also to high.Thank You Splash 🥰

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service of the woman that helped me out during my first trip here. I was able to wash about three loads of laundry (including towels, a comforter and a mattress topper and many clothes) in the large washing machine for $13. It only took 40 minutes to wash. I was able to fit everything in the giant dryer as well and only cost $.99 for 8 minutes ($3.96). Everything went into the dryer together and it all came out dry!
They even have detergents and softeners to purchase at reasonable prices!
Would definitely recommend for anyone who is local and needs a place to do their laundry. They even have a drop off and delivery service as well!
*I only gave 4.5 stars instead of 5 because there wasnt a place for me to sit inside like the website said there would be. Everything else was fantastic!
