The best USPS Ive ever visited. There was a very professional lady Clerk 14 working very efficiently to keep line moving.
Ive never seen such an employee at the USPS...She deserves credit

They literally pushed their clocks back so they don’t have to open on time - how scummy is that??
8:37am now and still waiting for them to open. There are people in there just staring at the line of customers and not doing anything.
This place is the absolute WORST.
Nicole is great though.

It would seem they have difficulty figuring out how to forward mail when you move. It's been two months, and they still can't get it corrected. I'm sure they don't care about this post. They don't care to fix my the mail issue.

I waited in line and got helped by Yumee, you can tell she absolutely hates her job. I understand holiday season is here, and it probably is overwhelming to have so people waiting in line, but we should all be treated with respect. Yumee if you are reading this please treat people the way you want to be treated. I came in here because my mailbox got knocked down by a car and I got an email saying that my package was “available for pick up” which is why I came in, but Yumee was not helpful at all, all I wanted was to pick up my package.

This place wouldn’t run without Dana. She does the work of 3 people while her coworkers sit in the back talking and laughing. Every time I go, there’s a line to the door plus passport appointments that shes juggling. Someone get this woman some help! Not cool to put that much stress on one person and waste all the customers time. Dana = 5 stars. This establishment = 0 stars.

July 12, 2024, 3:36 pm This is the alert I got for my package that was supposed to be delivered today never happened before been here 10 years sounds like somebody made a excuse just to not get wet very unhappy they’re sending my item back read the mailbox use the gps I’m mad feel like they’re playing with my mail

Terrible experience with an employee and even worse the manager . All I did was ask them to hold my mail and manager lied and told me I been having problem with my mailbox for months not true at all. Very unprofessional bad customer service skills made me actually get out of character which is hard to do.

I wish I could give this post office a one store because the lady that was in there today is very rude and disrespectful and don’t even work at that store. A customer would not move out of the way when my mother who is handicapped with a Rollator ask him to move by saying excuse me four different times, and all he did was look at her and all the workers did was just stare and tell me to be quiet when I told him to move
