Terrible experience with an employee and even worse the manager . All I did was ask them to hold my mail and manager lied and told me I been having problem with my mailbox for months not true at all. Very unprofessional bad customer service skills made me actually get out of character which is hard to do.

I wish I could give this post office a one store because the lady that was in there today is very rude and disrespectful and don’t even work at that store. A customer would not move out of the way when my mother who is handicapped with a Rollator ask him to move by saying excuse me four different times, and all he did was look at her and all the workers did was just stare and tell me to be quiet when I told him to move

Sharing a similar experience to that of other in these reviews. Normally I have had no problems with this service, EVEN when they place other tenants' mail in my mailbox I always correct THEIR mistakes and deliver the mail to the correct person in my complex, however this time, they misplaced a brand new debit card and were totally unhelpful in trying to send out a carrier to search the other boxes for my DEBIT CARD. Thankfully the people who live in my complex are amicable and do not open others' mail especially in this case where it was a very sensitive package that could have lead to a whole mountain of trouble, but saying you are going to send out a carrier, not doing so, then placing me on hold for an hour and letting the phone ring THREE MORE TIMES TO THE DISCONNECT TONE is unacceptable behavior and for federal employees enstrusted with delivery of sensitive documents, bills, urgent notices and all other categories in which mail can fall this behavior is borderline intolerable and given the volume of other reviews sharing this sentiment, a report will be made to the USPS Inspection Service and an investigation should be conducted to remove staff who cannot be trusted with handling delivery in a complete or accurate manner.

The mailman constantly delivers our packages to other people’s mailboxes. Of course they just went missing. Missing 4 packages now and nothing was done.

I have a packahe from TEMU.. and the person assigned to deliver wrote that my address cannot be access.. Hey! I saw USPS car passing my house.. ??♀️. Poor services.. USPS higher up people shoulde look into this.. I contacted TEMU they have been receiving complaints like this.. this is not fair to the customers.

Shameful. The person named ROBIN was racially biased against an elderly African American women, who actually left in the middle of sending her package because ROBIN was so rude. There should be a formal complaint against Robin. THEN, me and my daughter came to the window, and ROBIN continued being publicly rude to both me and my daughter. I would have none of that. I told her she was the one being rude and she SLAMMED our daughter's fragile envelope on counter and refused service. I tried bringing this up to CY, who was absolutely useless and semi-rude himself. Robin should be fired with a race lawsuit against her, and CY should be fired or sent to the back room to do sorting because he has no business being a leader. Shame on this Milford, DE post office. I want people to know how bad these people are who think they can be disrespectful and rude and have no consequences. Sickening.

Milford post office is sometimes very busy but the staff have been very nice and helpful even in their busiest periods. They take the trouble to ask people who are waiting in line if anyone is picking up their mail to save them waiting in line . The two ladies at the front desk always smile at me and are always very polite .I would also like to thank Tyler our mail delivery person who covers the Thompsonville Rd area . He is just one cheerful young man who is exemplary to his profession and goes that one step ahead as far as customer service goes . You guys are doing a brilliant job even under the stress of the pandemic and thank you . Tiler you are just brilliant dude!

A small PO, but with all the usual services. Three stations for customer service, two manned must of the time. Friendly, well trained, attentive, they don't make many mistakes.For small stuff, they beat the express services on price and match on speed (well, not as good as before they became a political ping pong ball).

So rude and incompetent, packages missing or late so consistently even before COVID-19. Extremely rude over the phone when inquiring about it. Happens at least once or twice a month.How do you expect me to get my package out of the parcel lockers with this key?!?!?!?!? USELESS
