Been sitting on the counter in the electronic department for 30 minutes. Watching countless employees walk by, make eye contact with me, & proceed to do nothing. I don't mind sitting here longer, it's my day off. I wanna see just how long this area has been abandoned for so I can bring a detailed report to corporate. This is ridiculous.

I've been shopping at this store for almost 20 years. Today will be my last. No more bags... you do all the work while the blank stares of the rude kids they hire are fixed on thier phones. Pick-up? Not one time have they had every item I ordered. Matter of fact last time the items I was told weren't available... I went in and they they were. A waste of time whether you go in or not at this place. They are also price gouging. Alice Walton is worth 340 billion... never did a thing for it... but she can't chip in to keep eggs cheap. Glad Aldi opened down the road. Bye jackmart you disgust me now.

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. People doing on line shopping will run you over if you are not careful. Asked an associate if the could get an item off shelf I could not reach. Their answer was that they are not supposed to reach up that high. I guess they don't want to sell items on top shelf

Absolutely terrible. Put in an order for pick up 8 hours before our scheduled time slot. And still haven't gotten anything. Go to a different Walmart.

Honestly it's Walmart...It's exactly what you'd expect when you go...Large crowds and long lines. If you don't have the patience before you go, don't go go! OR do a Walmart pick up. It's convenient and my way to shop there now to avoid large crowds or if I'm just plain lazy. Now the delivery from store is pretty sus as my kids would say. Idk where they find these people but I've had someone take a picture of where they left the groceries goo fine, part of your job) but then again of my mailbox and my camera as they were leaving,..Which makes you feel very uncomfortable! Lesson learned....The actual store is fine though and like I said what you expect when going to Walmart.

If there was a minus score, I'd give it that. This is the worst Wal Mart ever! Shelves are always empty. No cash registers open, dirty, and simply horrible customer service. I Believe that almost every employee here hates their job and the customers.

Coming in from out of town; I stopped to grab some groceries ~ big mistake. It's not easy to find items in this WalMart and the self check out I had was broken. The young girl working at the self check out ignored that my machine was broken and I was clearly having an issue. I literally had to call over to her to get her to came over just to clear it out and say that I need to use another machine.....and she walked away. Seriously!? No apology for the major inconvenience of having to take everything out of my bags and go find another empty machine in the self checkout area ~ not an easy thing to do! This girl seriously walked away and did absolutely nothing but to leave me to figure out the problem myself. Zero customer service whatsoever. I will not be stopping at the Milford WalMart. Terrible customer support from an obviously ill-trained, non-observant, uncaring self checkout employee. If this is how you train your employees to treat your customers, I will be sure to arrange my schedule to avoid WalMart since WalMart does not want or need my money. I'll be happy to patronize Food Lion or other multiple locations.

Are used to really love the store but as of late they aren't carrying the boneless skinless chicken breast a lot of items are missing from the shelves and I can't find half of what I go there for an end up having to go to Food Lion anyway it's a shame because I used to really love the store.I believe they should check inventory better. I realize the Covid virus has effected some merchandise but both the Georgetown & Camden stores are well stocked carry the boneless skinless chicken breasts & many of the other items I can no longer find in the Milford location. Wondering if it is under a new manager or something.?

I go to this Walmart almost every single day for product for my store, to get change, or to get personal items. After today I no longer believe I will do any business with them. Thank you so much to Marivel, who worked at the service desk this evening, for completely ruining my experience at this Walmart.

I wouldn't shop here if it was the end of the world. Walmart has become the place that people love to hate. Shop at Food lion or somewhere else. I'm sick of being harassed by the receipt nazis. This is the cheapest place to purchase motor oil. Just prepare yourself for long lines and twilight zone type incidents.

Just went to this Walmart for a few things which included paint, paint brushes, canned air, and WD-40. So then I go up to a self checkout, and I scan my first item and it asks if I would like to continue because they don't except cash. And of course the thing I had on me was cash. So then I went to an actual and she swipes the paint, then the WD-40 and she says, "Do you have an ID?" And I said no why. She then tells me that you have to have ID to purchase WD-40 and I am just furious. So then I just tell her to put it of to the side. And then she scans the paint brushes, and then the canned air. And she says this needs ID too. CANNED AIR NEEDS ID!?! So the only two things I walk out with is paint and paint brushes!!

The place is always a mess with pallets always out all over the place blocking access to things. I encourage the fire marshall to formally investigate these practices. I placed a mobile pickup order and it was not until I arrived at the pick up time that they notified me of an ambiguous delay. I called and waited on the phone for a half hour before speaking with a manager. The manager didn't have a clue, said "my order has not arrived at the store yet." It's grocery pickup! Crazy... he then placed me on hold for an absurd amount of time before saying it would be 30 minutes. 40 minutes later it still wasn't ready. Walmart in general is a greedy mega-corporation that refuses to place humans above profit.

I left this Walmart's pharmacy and auto center years ago because the wait time is ridiculous. Over the past several months the customer service and convenience of the store has left me wondering if the savings is worth the trip. The paid shoppers for the grocery pick up do. It want to help you if you can't find something and act like you are in their way. They can't keep the shelves stocked. Every trip there is something I have to stop someplace for because the shelf is empty. Today it was plastic forks of all things! Also today to top off my trip I asked the employee in fabrics where I could find a strip of elastic. First she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about then said it's down the next isle. She was clearly annoyed and didn't want to help. I left without elastic and went a few rows over to find plastic table cloths. On the way my teenage daughter picked something off a shelf to show me then put it down exactly where she picked it up. This same employee walked around the corner as my daughter set it down. As we were walking away she picked the item up and says when you take something down you need to put it back. This Walmart needs to work more with employees to teach them common curtesy and customer service. I am done shopping there. The savings is without a doubt not worth the aggravation of shopping there. I will gladly spend a bit more to shop somewhere with employees that are polite and at least act happy to help.

I stop at this location for my custody exchanges. They have working cameras, and the people are always keeping an eye out for a safe exchange. The store is clean and it's centrally locates right off of DE-1/13N.
