I had gone a few time and was happy with my pedicure. Last time I went on a Thursday and by Saturday every nail was chipped. When I called to ask if there was something they can do I was told there was nothing to be done. Blamed on summer, pools etc. I did my own toes and it’s just starting to chip 2 weeks later. I won’t be going back!

The last time I went and got a gel pedicure she barely rubbed my feet or legs… she did it super fast… I intentionally paid additional money to have a longer rub on my feet and legs. But no wait there’s more! The water was too cold and when I asked for it to be hotter she gave me hella attitude and basically said that the water was hot enough which I didn’t appreciate…. Then she had the audacity why I didn’t “tip her BIGGER”! 😱😡🤦♀️ My best friend wants to treat me for a pedi tomorrow and she wants to go here but I’m not sure about it I don’t want her to waste her money like I did 👏

I’ve been getting my nails done at Lotus for a year now, they have a new girl in town. I would not recommend her. She has horrible customer service. She talks and will text on her phone, while she’s doing your nails. She told me the next time I come in she’s charging me extra !10.00 for it now and I have to reshape them. I never got charged for a cut down. Then she lied and said something about coffin shape. All I ask her is if she could make the side of my middle finger thinner on the side. Not the tip. She wasn’t even worth a tip but I gave her a little tip. The receptionist told me there’s no charge for a cut down so I believe May was trying to nickel and dime me so she needs to go back where she came from. I was never treated so rudely by a nail technician.

My girl Lisa! She can’t be touched! I show my girl someone on Pinterest! She KILLS it everytime! I drive an HOUR for her to do my nails! The receptionist Chanelle, amazing! They ALWAYS accommodate me! They squeeze me in ALL the time (on the fly).

I highly recommend Lotus Nail Spa. I see Ivy and she is amazing. Not only at customer service but her attention to detail. She can do ANY design. The whole staff from the time you walk in is welcoming. The environment is amazing. If you haven’t tried a coffee pedicure you are missing out! I am so glad I found this place. My daughter and I won’t trust anyone else.

I have had a wonderful experience at Lotus Nail & Spa. Particularly with Carol, she has given me both wonderful medi/pedis every time I’ve gone to her. She even stayed til after closing to finish a wonderful Pedi-Spa treatment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER SERVICES!!💯%. Thank You!!
