I got the parts I needed to repair the front wheel on a riding mower. I thought I was going to have to buy a whole new rim. But all I needed was new bushings. The associate behind the parts counter was very helpful and friendly.

Best hardware store EVER! and I have lived in 5 states. I shop here because the employees are always so nice and helpful unlike Lowes where the employees are rude (not the cashiers) and dont even know their products. Get the Ace rewards card and they send you coupons worth $5, $20 depending on how much you spend. Highly recommended.

My Fiance and I visited bakers hardware today and we received the worst treatment ever....we go there often for hoses and fittings and we always cut our own hose...but today and employee snapped very LOUDLY about us doing so...then he stormed out the back side door...he was so rude and unnecessary...the store was very crowned and he caused a scene....yelling about you are supposed to ask for help...but asking for help is for when you need it and we did not...This used to be my Favorite hardware spot...But NO MORE!!! I made the cashier aware of this incident she apologized for his unprofessional behavior...the cashier was very friendly..her name is Brittany ....at least she made our exit before then our initial visit !!! I hope I never get treated again the way that employee treated me today..Bad For Business !!!!
