The employees at this location are a joke and I seriously don't know how they managed to get hired there. They had no knowledge on any of the phones when I went in to purchase a new phone. I wanted to buy liquid glass for my phone and they told me they didn't know how to put it on my phone so I asked when a manager would be in to do it, they told me the manager doesn't know how either. Then I come back a few days later and see a sign that says 50% off accessories when you buy a phone, but did they mention this to me when I bought the phone, nope. So I asked if I could still get the discount and they said it had to be at the time of purchase. I will NEVER step foot into the AT&T in Millsboro again, because they obviously don't care that their staff has absolutely no knowledge in regards to phones and zero sales skills. If you need help with anything phone related I suggest you go anywhere else.

I go to this store for every upgrade , they always make sure I’m saving as much money and informing me of the deals they’re having! Great service both Austin and Zack is great!

The atmosphere in the millsboro store was very inviting and calm. The manager was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

We live about 20 mins from this store. There is actually one closer to our home but they do not have the knowledge or personality of the employees at this store.
Great group of guys, personable, helpful and knowledgeable.
Would recommend this store to anyone close by or far away.
Thanks guys for helping the old folk get new watches.

I came into this store and Jamie the manager helped me with questions and also said he could save me money on my cable bill. He got me signed up with Direct TV saying how much I would save a month and he said he would personally come out to the house if I had any problems setting it up. I reached out to him because I needed assistance with that and he said he would be out the following Saturday when the store had enough coverage he would come to the house and help me. He never showed up or called that day plus I never heard from him. I called to cancel direct TV because I didn't want anything affiliated with At&t and they told me I was on a 2 year plan which I was never told and that it would be a early termination fee of around $500.00 that I must pay immediately among cancellation. Right now I am currently only able to work part time and with the holidays here this put me in a tough situation. I recommend at minimum if your not happy to consider leaving now or avoid having him help you. Very disappointed and will never come back as well as will tell other people not to sign with them.

Outstanding service from Wade he did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help me with the transition and explained everything in great detail. He was also able to handle other customers that came in while maintaining his service to me as well. Again outstanding job managing his duties while alone.

I was offered a phone upgrade on 10/16/23 with a promotional rate to find out when I got my first months bill that my plan did not qualify after I had ask the sales person and he assured me that my current plan was eligible. I called on 11/14/23 spoke to someone named Braydon advising him of the issue I was having, and asked to speak to a manager and he said that he didn’t know when a manager would be there, but all he knows is that he won’t be there which shouldn’t be said to any customer. I went to the store on 11/16/23 to have this issue resolved with Wade, and he advised me that he could not help me, and I would need to call customer service. I called after leaving the store and the customer service representative I spoke to was Carlos who was very helpful, to advise me that this issue would need to be handled at the store where I purchased my phone. So, I went back to the store where Wade had just told me that he could not help me to let the customer service representative speak with him. Wade took my information down so he could make the manager aware of the issue I was having, advising me that I should hear from the manager within the next couple of days. I never heard from anyone . I returned to the store for the 2nd time very frustrated wanting some answers and hoping that someone would take ownership in resolving this issue. On 11/24/23 I spoke to the manager Jayme, explained to him the issue, and he claimed he couldn’t do anything. He called his district manager and he said he would call me on 11/28/23 to get this resolved for me, but I still did not receive a call. At this point all the back and forth is becoming ridiculous, and it shouldn’t take this long to resolve an issue that they created. Today is 12/7/23, and I still have not heard from anyone from the Millsboro Att store. I called customer service and spoke to Hannah who done an exceptional job handling my concern. She immediately spoke to a manager to give me a solution for my problem. I will not be giving Millsboro any of my business anymore. No one wanted to take the initiative to handle my issue they created.
