“Very happy with my experience at this auto repair shop! Was super easy to make an appointment on the phone as a new customer. They had flexibility with times even on a Saturday when I booked a few days prior. Drop off was easy and car was done fast. Was a big fan of the inspection they do. They take photos and send you everything and you can also save it as a file which is super cool. I got an oil change and tire rotation for $100, which I think if a fair price nowadays. I also asked for any other recommendations for service and they were honest + fair and said nothing at this time but let me know about what’s coming up. Great repair shop that I would recommend to everyone in the area!”

“Stewart, the owner of Harmon's Body Shop, is amazing! After a run-in last December with a deer on the way home from work, my insurance company wanted to total my Kia Sorento after getting the first body shop estimate. But the adjuster gave me another option: She told me that if I could get the car repaired for a dollar amount that was about $1,300 less thana that estimate, they would pay for it. So I asked friends whether they could recommend a body shop that did good work at very reasonable rates. One of those friends told me she had gone to Harmon's Body Shop in Millsboro and Stewart had repaired her car for a charge that was very reasonable. So I went to Harmon's and talked with Stewart. He went to the first body shop to look at my car and said he thought he could do it for the dollar amount the insurance company was willing to pay. I had the car towed to Harmon's. Stewart submitted an estimate to the insurance company and it was accepted. As luck would have it, Stewart was able to find a Kia Sorento in a salvage lot that had been totaled but had an undamaged front end with most of the parts my car needed. It was even the same color! Less than 3 weeks after I had my car towed to Harmon's, Stewart completed the repairs, and I drove out of his shop with a car that had a beautifully rebuilt front end. Stewart also drove it just enough to make sure it was mechanically sound. I am fortunate to have found Stewart and Harmon's. I never could have gotten a car even remotely similar to my Sorento with what the insurance company was willing to pay me. I highly recommend Stewart and Harmon's Body Shop. He is honest, gets the job done in the timeframe he says he will and does great work.”

“While driving from New York to Virginia alone with my child, I got a warning light on my car about 4 hours into my trip during pouring rain on a Saturday afternoon. Honestly, it could have turned into a very scary situation very quickly. By the grace of God, I happened to pull into the AutoZone in Millsboro, DE because if it had happened even 10–15 minutes earlier or later, I likely would have been stranded on unfamiliar country roads with no immediate help nearby.

I was overwhelmed, emotional, exhausted, and unsure what was wrong with my vehicle, but Brandon and Landon met me with so much kindness, patience, and compassion. They came outside in the rain, checked my fluids, helped troubleshoot the issue, and ultimately helped me realize my oil was extremely low before the situation became much worse.

As a single mom traveling alone with my child, that kind of help and reassurance meant everything to me in that moment. They didn’t treat me like an inconvenience or just another customer — they treated me like a human being who needed help. Their calmness, generosity, and willingness to stop what they were doing to assist me genuinely touched my heart.

I’m also incredibly grateful to the store manager, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, for allowing them to use his personal tools to help diagnose what was happening with my vehicle. That level of care and teamwork is rare.

This experience was also a personal lesson for me about staying on top of vehicle maintenance before long trips, and I’m deeply grateful that what could have been catastrophic ended up simply being a wake-up call instead of a disaster.
